Rude staff and management. They say they do a price match but they don’t. Prices changed 3 times in 3 weeks and I have to fight them to do price match. Worst sales people and management i have ever delt with. Stay clear of this place I will never go back

This is the worst store and the biggest thief’s. Beware of your purchases. Specially with Margo. He is a thief. Also beware that this company and Employee sale your personal information to Other parties. I end up with identity theft after purchasing some items. After I made the report it show It had come from them. Not only that but after you trying to make the full balance payments. So youDon’t have to pay for interest. They hold your checks for weeks. So they can still get you With late payments and interest.

Terrible place! Don’t ever go there. They have false advertisement. I bought two Samsung Gear fits and I found out they were not compatible for my phone when I came to return them they wouldn’t let me. They said I had 30 days to return it, I came back way before 30 days and they still wouldn’t let me. So I basically wasted 200 dollars.

My wife came here to look at recliners and it turned out to be a huge mistake. When you come into one of these stores you are going to get trampled by employees who must make commission off their sales. I really don’t need someone to hold my hand when I go shopping. Also, we were not impressed with the selection of recliners at the store. They were of cheap quality and all of the recline levers were broken in two. To make things worse we were trying to escape and the manager followed us as we were leaving the store to see if we may be interested in purchasing something else. haha. My wife and I decided that we must never step foot into any Conns again. They sure did pick a good name for the store.

I was a newly divorced single mother starting over. I went to Conn’s to build credit. I financed some stuff and everything was great. I was making my payments on time and well on my way to building great credit. I got a letter saying I was pre-approved for a bigger credit line and decided to go for it since I was absolutely financially able. I went and financed a couple of other things but asked the sales guy if he could put it under the same account so I only paid on one account rather than two separate.(I was a newbie to financing) But, he said yes I could. So, I signed and had my stuff delivered. All seemed great. I made my monthly payments on time and very satisfied. BUT, about 6 months later something strange happened. I went in to the store to make my payment and the associate asked me which account I would like to make my payment on. This led to me to ask for the manager. I explained everything and that I should only have one account. After his review of the extra account he told me it was most likely a botch up because the date to start payments began two years in the future. Not kidding! So, he laughed and apologized and urged me to make a payment for the original account and he would call and have it taken care of. Well, about a month later I got a phone call from Conn’s apologizing for the confusion & corrected the dates on the second account. This made me behind by 7 months. I was confused because my first account had increased. But, they also fixed that and I had a credit. But, they told me if I didn’t catch my second account up immediately they would repossess everything. Not joking! So, let me tell you that I proceeded to get harassing rude phone calls like I was in the wrong(bc it’s protocol when your payments are late) until I caught that account up as I skrimped and paid huge amounts to «catch up» my payments to keep from having a repossession on my credit. I did it! But, they recorded those 7 months I didn’t know there was another account as *delinquent payments* and hit my credit score HARD!!! My last payment to them was the best day ever! I knew I would never have to deal with them again and that I would never EVER purchase or finance with them EVER again!!! On a brighter note: they taught me to read over my contracts WORD for WORD. Never trust a sales associate. As well, as a lesson on how delinquent payments effect your credit score.

I’m gonna give a 5 today. We went in on Monday and found a two piece couch that met our needs to replace our dogs favorite bed. Put money down with Donna. She is great. She followed up and you can tell she is one of us, as in she cares about people and service. Had some problems with delivery but to donnas prevail they made their next day delivery as promised. By biggest piece of advice is keep your phone by your ear. If they call and you don’t answer your delayed a day on delivery. Fortunately I called at 6am the next day and again and 10. Donna got my furniture to me. They delivered late but better late then never. As in late I mean 9pm. There was some hustle but with my experience with deliveries. Your blessed to get it when promised. Donna made it happen

Really great customer service! Ask for Dexter he really took care of me. I got a great deal on a washer & dryer set. With the 12 months no interest! I paid about $ 26.00 a month which is nothing plus it helped build my credit! Thanks Dexter!
