The owners here are super friendly. They come out to the tables themselves to see how everything is. I personally think Dunkin has the best coffee out there, better than Starbucks for sure, and it costs less. They have a really good variety, from donuts, muffins, bagels to breakfast sandwiches. You can accommodate everyone. And a bonus, if you are not a coffee drinker, they have blended cold drinks and a Baskin Robbins. This place is a win win for everyone.

Stopped in for the famous Dunkin’ coffee and also grabbed an egg & croissant sandwich since I was a little hungry and breakfast is the most important meal of the day. As I walked in I noticed that the store was clean. It probably helps that it was like 6am and I was one of their first customers. Proceeded to order my coffee and sandwich. They were prepped pretty quickly and I was out the door. As I unwrapped the sandwich, I was expecting a warm, fluffy croissant with a piping hot egg, but I got a smooshed«croissant» with a luke warm piece of egg. It doesn’t get any better… I took a sip of the famous Dunkin’ coffee and if America runs on Dunkin’, I figured it has to be great. I WASWRONG. You know that taste you get from your coffee when you dont clean it for a few weeks. It just tastes funny… like 2 day old chinese food mixed with cheetos… that’s what the coffee tasted like. Needless to say, the coffee was discarded and I stopped by McD’s. They got two generous dtars because the store was clean and parking was plentiful.

This one is s little out of my way but they are always super friendly and fast. They are all quite young but really helpful and make suggestions. I know that was rude about saying how young people aren’t as helpful but it’s been my experience… so yeah… sorry not sorry lol Anyhow, I’ve been to the one off Highway 6 and it was terrible. Rude, not clean, the girl who helped me said they didn’t do refills. Are you kidding me? Bye Felicia!

We love the toasted coconut donuts here!!! BUT we have come to this location time n time n time again and they just never have them!!! We even came here on National Donut Day and they didn’t have any!!! We came here early in the day and they didn’t have any!!! And the response we get is that the baker has gone home!!! It was pretty early in the day too and no baker for the entire donut shop!!! Pretty pathetic. We have given up going here.

Nostalgic eating at this spot. As a child freq. visited DD growing up on the east coast. Experience here is okay, donuts fresh, resturant clean but something is missing about this place I have noticed after my 3rd visit. Today, it hit me it is the service. Now they are +6 mos up and running I would expect better but with employees not knowing what type of donuts they make and a large volume of of them congregating behind counter together when there is a line of customers waiting to order and some waiting for their food tells it all. I am willing to continue patronizing but worth noting.

Went twice out of nostalgia. First time they didn’t have any of the bagels I wanted, all sold out at 10 am. Second time I went I waited five minutes while one employee took a convoluted order from the only other customer there while 3 other employees hung out chatting about nonsense. I asked them if one of them could help me, just wanted a hot cocoa with milk. The reply: oh, um, the machine makes it so we can’t put milk in it. I walked out. And to boot they’ve stuck a banner near Fry Rd blocking sight of oncoming traffic as you exit the lot. Luckily I don’t need to go here anymore.

I love the prices on coffee and ice coffees. The breakfast food isn’t that great. The breakfast sandwich and hash browns were on the greasy side. I’ve been to other locations that offered English muffin with turkey sausage and egg white sandwich but this location did not have it listed on the menu. I do enjoy the ice coffee with hazelnut and turbo shot of espresso to jump start my day. This location is neat because they have Baskin Robbins as well as the Dunkin donuts.

I grew up on Dunkin Donuts and this franchise is good. The employees are very helpful and pleasant. I went in this morning 10⁄12 at 8:00am and everything was going well up until the manager want to speak to the women helping me about her day off request. I got a box of munchins that I didn’t want because the manager couldn’t wait until the women was done serving me. Dunkin Donuts on highway 6 or on Westheimer have it down as far as customer request. Hopefully this franchise will get better as time goes on and maybe the managers could worry more about the customers when we are at the counter then the schedule. The 3 stars are for people that serve me when I go to this location. But management gets 1 star.

I went to the drive-thru at 5:30 am for 1 lg coffee and ½ dozen glazed do-nuts. the bill was $ 8.57 yikes!!! when I got wk 5 mins later the do-nuts were cold and so stale they had the consistency of «cake do-nuts». It appears that they are re-selling day old do-nuts. For that high of a price you expect better. I won’t be back and recommend everyone avoid this place.

New places always have kinks to work out but this one needs to keep working! DD: I only had the chocolate munchkins and I tossed them, not the same as college. They always put whip on my frozen coffees even tho I ask for none. no biggie. BR: I love ice cream, especially from here. That is, if they freakin have it in stock! 3 times I have gone and they were out of my 3 favs which happen to be very popular. I get it… well no bc the other location said they always have those bc the demand. What was frustrating is when I asked the KID behind the counter(I will not wait in line 15! Min again to be told they’re out) when they arrived, she was clueless. «Do you know what you’ll get?» «Nope.» This happened twice. The other day I went to after a crummy day to soothe myself w/yumminess and they had 9 flavors, all weird and childish w/nerd or gummy something. Same answer. Same trip I noticed some unhealthy sanitation practices… I’ve never seen a manager to ask, maybe they look like one of the kids? Either way, I will drive to hwy 6 next time I want my «bad day ice cream» until they get it together!

The coffee is not bad good, not as «bold» as Starbucks coffee. I don’t know if there is something I understand about their donuts, but the glazed donuts are just not very good in my opinion. They taste like they were frozen, and then later microwaved. The frosting is minimal. I brought home a ½dozen on Saturday morning. My son ate half of one and asked if he could have a bowl of cereal instead

I prefer Shipley donuts to Dunkin Donuts. Dunkin Donuts appear to be more cakey and not as flavorful I also do not care for their coffee. additionally I do not like they’re ordering process it seems unorganized. This location is relatively new so we thought we would give it a try. However we will return to shipleys or crispy creams for that matter.

I will start by saying I’m a little biased when it comes to donut shops having grown up in New York and only having Dunkin Donuts, not these little mom and pop donut shops every corner like we have here in Houston. I am definitely disappointed that I cannot give more than three stars due to the fact that I’ve been there twice and both times they were out of most donuts and muffins and had a very slim supply and they seem to be overwhelmed and cannot keep up with the demand. During my most recent visit a few days ago, I decided to park and go in rather than go thru the drive thru. Staff seemed pleasant but there seemed to be alot of goofing around in the background. As we were leaving a table of approximately 4 men thanked us for coming and said please come again. I am assuming they are the owners, which I thought was a bit unusual considering there were very few donuts, no muffins and no bagels at 11 o’clock a.m. And they were sitting around talking over a cup of coffee . Since growing up with Dunkin Donuts I definitely will return and I hope in the future I can give more than three stars.

I grew up with DD in the Philippines and BR when we shopped in Clark AFB. With those 2 together, I am very much at home. For a new franchise, they are relatively doing better. The products and the quality of food is what you would come to expect. Customer service is fine but you see the irritation of the employees amongst each other. There is confusion and mass confusion when they are hammered. As a customer, there is an obvious start point for DD but not for BR. I don’t like being rude nor do I want others to be rude on purpose or arbitrarily. Upkeep of floor cleanliness can be improved but the rest is done better. As I look at the folks working both inside and outside its area, they do take pride in the the way the place looks and there are no awkward smells. Most of the folks I see cleaning are not wearing uniforms. I am guessing they are owners and kin to the owners. Perhaps this is where the confusion comes from… need more cohesion, training nd team work. Improve processes to boot. I love the coloful seating area. It adds to the aesththetics and my favorite corner to enjoy my coffee. The free wifi is… meh… I suppose it is like Russian roullette. I chose not to use it since it was so flaky. They might as well not use it nor advertise they have it(that includes the SSID folks).

I felt the need for ice cream and luckily this place recently opened nearby. They have all your usual I’ve cream flavors plus some. And who knew this chain serves lunch as well? The lunches are like something you would get at a deli, mainly sandwiches, but with tater tots as a side rather than chips or fries. I will probably stop off to try breakfast once they move to their usual hours. I am not a big donut fan(I have to REALLY be in the mood), but I like a good breakfast sandwich. There’s also plenty of good seating. Tables, booths and even some cushiony chairs with coffee tables.
