See Jessica! She listens to what you want, then takes it a step further. She takes her time to shampoo and uses the latest techniques in hair care and it shows. I feel so beautiful and my hair naturally falls in place. I dare you to take a few deep breathes while she blow dries your locks, she has a super light touch that is amazingly relaxing. I think I fell asleep. She says she gets that a lot! I loved my experience today! Thank you for taking care of me, Jessica!

Went there for a child’s cut. I asked for a short layered bob, Jessica was very patient and cut my daughter’s hair exactly how I asked her. I met the owner, Erica, my appointment wasn’t with her, but she was very friendly and welcoming. It’s a little pricey for a child’s cut, but you get what you pay for. The place is clean and quiet. I will def go back, and I recommend it.

Great salon! All staff is very professional and sweet. Ericka and Jessica are awesome. They are also very sharp with appointments’ times. My daughter and I have been doing our hairs with them for over a year and we are very pleased. Highly recommended.

I went to this salon because of a groupon and it’s close to where I live. I was a little concerned to get a haircut, color and blow dry by someone who I knew nothing about. However I was extremely pleased with Eddie and the final results. He is very talented and has an eye for the right shade of highlights and he did an amazing job on the cut and blow dry! I have already been back 3 times and even brought my elderly mother. He transformed her hair with a cut, color and blow dry! She was also very pleased. I highly recommend Eddie at EBS Salon because he does great work and he truly is artist who I believe will make it big one day! He really cares about the customer and is also fun to talk to as well. You cant go wrong!

I went to this place with a groupon for the hair smoothing treatment, I have been done for just over 4 years now so I’m pretty well versed on what to expect. First the person they assigned to take care of my hair Eddie right from the get was pretty rude, he acted like he was doing me some huge favor.
As long as I’ve been getting this treatment they based the amount of product used on the pricing, although my hair is past my shoulders it’s very thin so the standard amount is more than enough to do the job, however EBS charges by the length of your hair period the amount of product they have to use is not relevant, when I questions Eddie about this he immediately became defensive and very argumentative about it. I agreed to pay the extra price because I wanted to get my hair done which as far as I’m concerned should have been the end of it, but nope Eddie want to continue to argue about why they were charging me even making me read and initial the form that explains how the product works.
This salon is trying to appear as if it’s some kind of fufu Cinco Ranch Salon when in fact the only thing it is is an overpriced salon in Cinco Ranch. The front counter looks a little fufu but the back actually looks more like a TGIF type salon and honestly did not feel like the clean.

I went in for a deep conditioning treatment & haircut. Eddy Reyes did a great job. He really took his time to understand what I wanted and put in a lot of effort to make it happen.

Whatever you do don’t get your lashes done there. I looked like I had smashed spiders on my eyes! They took almost 4 hours to do and looked awful. They were willing to re-​do them but who wants more ugly lashes???

I recently got my haircut from Kadia. I used a Groupon for a haircut and deep conditioning. She was so kind and pleasant from the start. She really took her time and did exactly what was asked. I have already prebooked my next appointment.

What a great experience I had today. I don’t even live near the salon, but I took a chance on a great priced Groupon for highlights, keratin treatment, haircut and style. Monica was my stylist and I was so pleased with the whole experience, I already booked my next appointment!
I usually go to Upper Hand of Royal Oaks for my hair, but couldn’t resist the great Groupon price. I love Upper Hand, but now plan to travel the extra 10 miles west to see Monica at EBS Salon.
I wear a bobbed hair cut and am rather picky about how I like it cut. Monica was very deliberate about understanding how I wanted my haircut and highlights and was then accommodating and precise!!! Most stylist will cut, style and then go over once more with scissors (dry cut). Monica did not. I was concerned at first, but after careful inspection on my part, the bob was cut perfectly precise.
I also think this salon is aesthetically beautiful. They thought of so many nice touches and are so gracious and welcoming that I think anyone will be pleased.
Finally, the best part is, even though I was a Group-​on customer, I was treated as if I were paying full price. That is always a risk when you go Groupon, that the host business treats you like a second class citizen. I am grateful to the Unilocal community for warning us of places that do that. Thank you EBS Salon! (and of course I tipped on the full price. I always try and let the providers know I will do so ahead of time!).
Also, ask for directions when you make an appointment, I got lost!!! But, I am easily lost once I leave my zip code!!!

What a bummer that y’all did not connect. I had no problem at all and love how they send automatic texts to confirm and remind.

This is a review to state that I have tried to make an appointment 3 times during EBS Salon and Spa’s business hours, and have never received a phone call back.
From what I can tell, they are poorly managed.
