I saw some previous bad reviews on this location, but they were old and I was in a bind so I gave them a shot! Everything went exactly as expected! Online ordering was a breeze(watch out to make sure the advertised price was applied automatically, I had to re-enter the coupon code a second time). I placed my order about 9am and it was delivered about 1pm. There was no need for me to call and confirm anything, nor did they need to call me or my recipient. The bouquet was full, fresh, and delicious; and the balloons I had added on were exactly as ordered. Highly recommended!

I called and placed an order and spent 75 $ to have something hand delivered, was told by the representative that it would be there by 10am. Called back at 11:15 with no delivery in sight and was told 30 minutes… Called back AGAIN at 12:15 and was told«oh we don’t guarantee deliveries»(mind you this was my third call and my third inquiry on the SAME order and was just now being told this?) the only comfort the gentleman on the phone offered was«if the recipient isn’t available they’ll leave it with a neighbor», well last time I checked I never«okay-Ed» a nearly 80 dollar purchase to be entrusted to a total stranger, but thank you edible arrangements for making that decision on your own. Never again will I order from this company or this store.

I have had a couple of bad experiences from this Edible Arrangements store and cannot recommend it to friends or family. The first bad experience was came when I ordered an arrangement for my wife’s birthday in 2012. I picked up the order, and everything looked great, including the chocolate-dipped bananas that I tossed in for extra. When my wife bit into the bananas, they were BROWNANDMUSHY. Okay, one bad banana, let’s chill out. The next banana: brown. The next banana: yet again brown. I called the store to complain, but the manager was not available. He called me back and left an apologetic voicemail. The next day, I called the store back and asked the person on the phone if I could speak to the manager. Although the man who answered the phone was indeed the manager(I recognized the voice from the voicemail), he claimed the manager was not at the store. RIGHT. So I told the him I was really disappointed in the arrangement and the inconvenience. Even a clever child can tell the difference between fresh and rotten bananas and that it is ridiculous that brown bananas would be placed in arrangement. The second bad experience came today. My father-in-law had an arrangement delivered to the house. Lo and behold, it had some chocolate covered bananas(my wife’s favorite), and you know what? They were brown and mushy. _ Perhaps charging an arm and a leg for detestable fruit is this store’s modus operandi. NOMOREEDIBLEARRANGEMENTS!

I ordered online an anniversary basket with banana wedges for my wedding anniversary gift to my wife. The online process was easy and I placed my order for an in store pick up. I scheduled a pick up around 6.30 pm, right before I was supposed to pick up my order. I got a call that their online system was not working and they were going to refund my transaction. An alternative was to come and pay cash but I was on a golf range and did not have time to run to an ATM. The discount was 20%. I asked that if I paid in full that they can deliver at no charge and they said no. I told them to cancel the order. The next day I got a call to see if I still wanted to get order, I said yes and was offered no apology or discount for my inconvenience. I really wanted to cancel the order but my two little girls like the fruit and I looked bad not getting wife anything for our anniversary. This may be the last time I use this business and will tell my friends about this experience.

I spent over $ 75 and I was pleased with the fruits but the quantity was not good at all. In the picture looked fuller and I supposedly paid for the«large» one but it was soooo small and a lot of empty spots. No one is ever in the front and staff are very serious. I was upset when the prices on the pamphlet were not the same and the vase wasn’t either. Not a good experience for me.

I have never gone into this place and had bad service or bad products. This place gets 4 stars when they have the $ 25 box of dipped fruit for $ 10 special!
