Made an appointment for 11. I was about 10 min late because the location is further in than expected and easy to miss. Wasted my time waiting for about 45 minutes just to find out that they had to cancel my appointment because the dentist had to go to the city centre location. The dentist was also working on another patient for the entire time in the back meaning he was behind schedule to begin with. Very poor scheduling and very inconsiderate. Will not go here again.

Went in for a dental cleaning, was very informed about everything i needed to get done. they did not do a cleaning because they said my insurance had expired. not sure why they wouldn’t check prior to the appointment. also it is not expired. they told me the wait time for the insurance was 45 minutes. asked me to come back because they didn’t want to waste my time. they closed at 3pm that day. in shock. they asked me to reschedule. will not be going back ever again. i wasted my time.

I very happy with Floss Dental. Dr. Vi and all her staff are great with me and my two year old daughter. They have gone out of their way to make sure I was satified at every visit.
