Hooters

Soso service and food. Inattentive servers and food doesnt taste as good as ive had at other hooters. This chain is going downhill fast. The peaks is. Much better alternative just saying

The only reason I am giving a star is I like the wings. But management sucks. What is the problem with this Hooters? Every time I come here we wait at least 30 minutes. They should just close this location.

Service is horrible at this facility. The service staff is more worried abut each other and there meetings then the customers. Food came out burnt, drinks were slow to refill, and this was during a slow time. Highly recommend trying a different Hooters.
Came back a second time for convenience and was served mold on the slider buns! Ugh!!!

I’m not a huge Hooters fan, but my husband likes going so we left BJ’s to come here for the wings. Our waitress was Catt and I enjoyed our visit. She was very personable and could handle my husbands jokes.
The whiskey Long Island was great, but stay away from the blackberry whiskey lemonade tasted like cough syrup. Hooters changed up their uniforms since the last time I was there so it was definitely ASS GALORE in that place.
For an appetizer we had the potato skins; Sidenote: if you order these get the buffalo sauce on the side, they are messy!
The things that I didn’t approve of were: my husband wanted the girl that was seating us to wait on us & she said that she couldn’t because she’s a host (LIE NUMBER 1). About 15 minutes later she started serving this table full of guys, then picked up another table with more guys. She also tried to sit us at a dirty table with salt and pepper all over it; didn’t even have a rag to wipe it. I guess that’s why she said she was «in training». And she wanted to seat us in front of all the Hooters girls that were hanging out at the table gossiping. Why are they even sitting down gossiping when they have guests to take care of?
Catt definitely made the experience more enjoyable.

I came here a few days ago and the service was horrible, my waitress can’t remember her name but she had red hair. She was constantly on her phone when she could’ve been refilling my drink. Last time I ever come here on my lunch break. Food was horrible and all over dissatisfied.

Out of all the hooters I have been to this is the worst one. Everyone that works here including the managers are very unprofessional. The waitresses act dumb for attention (At least that’s what I thought). The appetizer came out cold and the food took over an hour to come out. We asked to speak to a manager and he can barely speak English and didn’t have an answer for why it was like that. He was very disrespectful to us. This will be the last time that I will visit this location. Won’t recommend this place to anyone.

We’ve visited a couple times in the last year and each time it gets worse. We thought we’d try it one more time and the service was terrible. We had to wait to be seated, it took almost 20 minutes to get our drinks, and the manager was no where to be found! It’s disappointing because we are avid Hooters fans but this will be the last time we come to this location. It made me choose a star, I wouldn’t have given any if it were up to me.

Been hit and miss last few years, but wings were great this time. They were extra crispy, just like we ordered them, service was good and beer was really cold. Good visit.

Waited for 15 minutes and nobody came to take our drink order or anything. Not the first time this has happened at this location. We won’t be returning.

Bland burger sliders that had no seasoning. Looked like they cut a regular patty into four prices and no attempt to size them to the smaller buns. No care in the making of food.

absolute worst service of any restaurant I’ve ever been to in my entire life. waitresses just hang out together in a booth on their phones laughing while customers go hungry and thirsty or never get to order at all. quit coming back and will never be back.

How can I began, iv done this positions. Manage for restaurant and have been in situations where i wonder how people still maintain their job. But the manager turned everything around where the experience started as not so well. The waitress was of course busy which that comes with the title but she wasn’t handling it well. But when the manager took over the table he provided the best of service. Mr. Moss was wonderful and service was an A+. One of the best services iv had. He saved the night and a customer that will come back. Also he makes the best deep fried cheese cake.

It’s was suck there. Our food took 56 minutes and the server was worse then that, not good at all

Ate there Thursday night and the food was great our server Maddie was very friendly and appropriate. Glad to see improvement I have been in there before where girls were fussing over who was going home while the manager watched. Been in there where service was slow but that night we saw a manager we haven’t seen and food was great and so was Maddie.

Came for a late lunch and was very disappointed. The bartender did nothing but take selfies and was on her phone the entire time. Took about 7 minutes for her to even realize that we were there and there was only 1 other person at the bar. Also when we walked in the waitress who was supposed to be seating people, was sitting at the front table on her phone.
As a manager of another establishment I give this place a 1. If there was a lower rating it would deserve it.

Compare to others of the same concept, we like this place.
We arrived at 11:30am on a Saturday. The server greeted us and sat us in the bar area — table with high bar height chairs.
The foods are consistent in terms of flavor. Foods are at the right temp and came on a timely manner. We didn’t have to wait long for our foods. Our nachos came out within 5 minutes after we ordered and wings came out about the time we finished our nachos. Foods arrival timing is fine. No long wait in between. Draft beers are iced cold.
Service was decent. Our server checked on us occasionally and it was fine.

Fan of two chicken wings, thats it — I dont eat too much fired so dont try tooo much :
1) Naked Chicken wings in Lemon Pepper — if you are not a spicy fan
2) Breaded Chicken Wings in Spicy Hot Garlic — if you like spicy too !
Average staff, Ok Service — I care a bit less, I get it packed for home !

Blahhh. Worst Hooters I have been to. My wings took 30 min. The girl started hurrying up once I put my timer on my phone. She was getting annoying after wards asking if everything was ok. She was only asking because of the timer not out of concern.
It got to the point where I had to say «IM FINE» in a firm voice. After that she backed up. What pissed me off the most was she rounded up my change. Since when do people think it’s ok to keep my change? Yes it was 12 cents but it’s still my money! Wings didn’t have flavor and I got the hot original flavor.

The first impression when walking in is the amount of undeniably sad and bored looking faces, unimpressed by the incredibly slow service.
Ambiance/​Service:
It’s a Saturday night. We felt lucky to get seated right when we enter. I later i found out the problem is not the amount of tables, but how the restaurant is understaffed. Our waitress, after getting ²⁄₄ orders wrong, didn’t apologize, but instead told us how she is having a 12 hour shift. Since almost all of us worked in the restaurant industry, with similar experiences, everyone was being extra supportive and chill. I felt as though we were almost too generous, telling her not to worry, as she made one mistake after another, each time not bothering to apologize, It actually made us feel guilty or a burden to her– especially when we asked to split checks and she gave us a troubled look.
The overall ambiance was a bit of a surprise, seeing parents taking their teenage boys to be served by waitresses displaying cleavage and uncomfortable looking wedgies for the purpose of tips. (don’t mean to judge, just feeling iffy)
Food:
I got what she recommended. The Texas Melt, which was truly subpar. To think we could have gone to Whataburger. :(The wings weren’t impressive, compared the BW3, or really any place I had wings. To be fair, fried American food, isn’t my type of cuisine, so I came in expecting to be unsatisfied with the food.

I’m not even remotely trying to be mean but the Hooters’ girls that work here are not on par with some of the other locations I’ve had the *ahem* pleasure of dining at. I go to Hooters for the wings but the overly friendly eye candy shouldn’t be overlooked either. This spot needs an overhaul, jmo.
The service on my table was just average. She didn’t seem anymore happy about being there than me but she did her job at the most basic level.
Now to the wings. I’ve been craving Hooter’s wings for weeks; haven’t had them in forever. Sadly, I was disappointed. They were fried entirely too hard and took too long to come out.
Won’t venture into this one again… my eyes cant take the view and I’d like to keep all my teeth in tact.
