The staff was not friendly what so ever, and was snappy when I asked a question. What worst was the billing. I was told that my lab work would not be covered by the insurance company and that the cash price for all the labs needed was $ 300. I paid the full amount during my visit. A month later, got a bill from the my insurance company stating that I owe over $ 380 for the lab work. Then just got a bill from HFI stating that I owe another $ 82 for the lab works. Huh???
