Terrible customer service at the front desk made for a poor experience from the start. There are too many other options in the area — I would not recommend.

So far been a very positive experience. The technician walked me through the whole thing. I would have given 5 stars but the a/c in the lobby was not working well so it was uncomfortable.

I had an MRI on my foot in April and another MRI on my spine in May(two different doctor practices). I went to Houston MRI in Katy to pick up reports/discs of my MRI’s. After waiting 10 minutes, the tech brought me the reports and only one disc. I explained that I had two MRI’s. She told me they were both on the one disc. I told her I had to different doctors. She said she could make me another disc for $ 22. I took my complaint over to the desk where the office personnel told me to give the disc to the first doctor I see and then get it back and take it to the second doctor. REALLY? Did I not pay for two MRI’s? Is one disc given per MRI for free? You have lost my business and anyone else I speak to about this over a stinking disc. Bad way to run a Business!
