Unfortunately, I never had the opportunity to meet Dr. Bram. But I feel obligated to write this message due to my recent experience with his staff. My OBGYN for over 30 years has retired so I called to schedule an appointment with Dr Bram referred by my physician. But since I’m a new patient my appointment was a month later, and before I ended my conversation with the receptionist I asked her if they do courtesy calls to remind the patient, and she replied that they call the day before the appointment. I waited patiently till the day of my appt. and never received that reminder phone call from Dr Bram’s office but since this appointment is very important to me specially because I am a cancer patient I make sure I have my yearly well woman exam. I called the morning of my appt to get the address and was told by the receptionist that my appointment was canceled because they have been trying to contact me for the past three days but my box is full they couldn’t leave a message or reach me! they forgot that we live in the 21 century and we do have caller Id that shows all the numbers called. My reply was no one called me from your office and I have been waiting for this appointment for the past month and you cancel it that easy? then I asked her to transfer me to a decision maker in their office to further discuss this issue I was put on hold for sometime, then she too insisted that her receptionist called and its in the log that they couldn’t reach me to confirm my appt, therefore, they canceled it because that’s their office policy! so I asked her, if this is your policy then why I wasn’t informed of it on the day I made my appointment, I would’ve called you myself to confirm it, is this fair what you have done to me now? then I said I checked my caller ID and there isn’t not one phone call from your office, she replied sarcastically, how do you know we have more than six phone numbers in here! I said but they should say your office name, in which ironically I have not received not even one phone call from your office for the past 3 days and I can prove it by printing my phone records, she became not only rude but abrupt with me and said I don’t want your phone record, I asked my receptionist and its in the log we called you and we couldn’t confirm the appt.!! My question to you: is that do you treat all your patients with such disrespect and rude attitude? or you’re use to making lies and accusations to cover for your mistakes? You made me wait one month for my appt. and I waited patiently, and you cancel it just like that?! Your actions proved to me that myself as a new patient and my time is worth nothing to you, I was seeking to become one of your patients, and you instead chose to treat me with neglect, ignorance and deception. Beside the disrespect and fake excuses by telling me untrue statements. Thank you for your dishonesty, thank you for making me wait for one month only for you to cancel it a day before claiming it’s your office policy, but ironically and conveniently never sharing that policy with me, and thank you for showing me that I do not have any value because I’m just a new patient so it was OK for you to treat me the way you did!!.

He did a great job for 9 months while pregnant and did a great job on my csection and post partum care!
