We came looking for better Indian food, and found it. Great service, friendly staff, unbelievable food. Try the goat.

Pleasing experience. Great customer service as both the host and the waiters were very polite and helpful. The food was good out of five I would give it a 4. I don’t know if it’s because I went on a Sunday night around 8:30 or I don’t know what other reason it could be. The Bihari boti was off the chain would definitely try that again. The chicken boti was okay mines was raw and hard to bite into. The nihari we got had a few issues but we talked with the host and he promised us that wasn’t the normal case and that next time it would be a lot better. Besides that awesome restaurant it’s quite the drive but def have to try if you’re near.

Had to check this place out as the reviews were amazing, and it’s in my neck of the woods. The restaurant is located in a little strip mall that’s not overly populated, which makes for convenient parking. The inside of the restaurant is neat and spacious. My company and I ordered the chicken biryani, chicken tikka breast, naan, and aloo samosas. The chicken tikka and naan were fantastic, but everything else was just ok; so, I give the food 3 stars. The customer service, however, gets 5 stars from me; everyone was professional, present and polite. 3 stars(food) + 5 stars(service)= 4 stars total

Great new restaurant! The food is impressive and flavorfull. Spiced just right. Meat is tender and not over-cooked. Clean place with nice ambiance. Family owned with great service. The bihari kabob is the best I’ve had in Houston– must try!

Let’s start with what you want to hear about first. The food was amazing I ordered the samosa appetizer, garlic naan, and eggplant curry. All dishes tasted exceptional. The service was great and food was made faster than I expected. I definitely will be here for more and recommend you do the same!

Visited this place when I was in Houston last week and loved it! The atmosphere is very homie, as husband and wife run it. Great service, nice people, and huge portions of food. I got the nihari and really enjoyed it, very flavorful. Will come again when I’m in town.

Went in for halwa puri brunch with the family last weekend, and it was great! The halwa was my favorite, and the aloo cholay chikar was good, too. Only downside was that the portion sizes were kind of small. The restaurant was clean, and the staff was really friendly. Definitely gonna make a return for the barbecue and other menu items sometime soon!

Food is one of the best south Asian food I’ve had in Houston. The Chicken Malai is absolutely delicious with the garlic naan. Would highly recommend it to others. Staff is very friendly and restaurant is spacious and sanitary.

Food: 4.5÷5 Service: 3.75÷5 Atmosphere: 4⁄5 South Asian fare with classic, tried and true options made just like how mom would make! You know… if mom was Desi. The food was absolutely satisfying. The halwa puri dishes served at brunch is a classic and Larosh delivers. The interplay of savory and sweet when going from the chola and aloo to the halwa makes for a wonderful, albeit heavy breakfast. I also had some of the Chicken Malai Boti, which was some of the best I’ve had, with tender and flavorful meat complemented well by the garlic naan. The nihari was also pretty good, different from other niharis I’ve had before, with a bit more sweetness to it. The setting was simple and comfortable, not too flashy but very clean and well-kept. I would’ve liked just a bit more spice to the décor, but that’s just my tastes. The owners were there that morning and were very kind and welcoming to our group, which is a big plus in my book. Very spacious and perfect for large groups to just come and chill while talking politics and nonsense over chai. The service was pretty good, food came out quickly and efficiently. Nothing more, nothing less in that regard. One thing that bothered me the most, however, was that a couple of us had ordered the beef paya and the biryani, which were not available at that time, and there was no indication of it. It’s an easy problem to fix however, so I’m not too irked. Thankfully, the food we had was more than enough to satisfy us. Overall, well on its way to being the next hottest South Asian place in town. Bring lots of friends and dig in!

New family owned restaurant. I told the owner ahead of time I like to Unilocal and my review would be based of the food ;) We enjoyed our experience. We tried several different menu items all of which were quite good. My favorite was the nihari, a must try. We will be coming back!

Tried the Halwa Puri on Christmas Day along with Nihari and Chicken Karahi. We enjoyed the food. Chicken Karahi was fresh and flavorful and the Nihari was good as well. I will definitely eat here more often if service and food quality stays the same. Wish there was more then 3 puris in one Halwa Puri order but other then that Five Stars from us.

Wanted to check out the hype for this place, and it lived up to it — this is the best desi food I’ve had in a long time. I had the nihari, malai chicken boti, and garlic naan. Everything was perfect and very authentic tasting. The chicken boti is even better than Bundu Khan’s which was my old favorite for grilled desi food. I also tried their brunch food. The halwa is to die for, my sweet tooth couldn’t get enough. I don’t think you can go wrong with any of the dishes here. Service is amazing and friendly and the food comes out fresh.

Heard about this restaurant from a couple friends, thought I’d check it out. Best decision ever! The food here is great and service is on point! Their main goal is to make sure you have a great time! I personally recommend the nihari with the garlic naan. Some other delicious items are the chicken boti and seekh kabab!

Came here for lunch and was very pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food and service. Tried the nehari and chicken biryani and both were great. Sesame naan and sweet lassi are also definitely worth trying. Owner and staff have a great attitude here, will return for sure and try other dishes on the menu.

My family and I came from out of town last weekend and were looking for a restaurant with some good Pakistani food and Larosh Grill was definitely it! My mom was in LOVE with the bun kabob and halwa and said it had the authentic Karachi taste. I personally loved the Nihari(if you don’t know what to get, this is a must) and seekh kababs. The options for kids were perfect as well. My little brother, who normally is a super picky eater, devoured the chicken finger basket. Hands down my new favorite desi restaurant and was definitely worth the 2 hr drive!

When a bengali likes pakistani food, that is when you know it has to be good. Ordered the chicken malai boti, bihari kabob, and chicken tikka leg with their warm garlic naan on my first visit. The food was plenty in quanity and could easily be said to be better than Bundu Khan in taste and quality. On a different occasion I had the lamb chops, quite possibly the best chops I have ever had, comparing to the best high end restaurants even. Planning on visiting again next weekend for some briyani.
