I’ve coming here for about a year now, after having tried the other salons in the area(and more are added all the time). I keep coming back because they always do a great job, they’re very consistent, and you get quite a bit of service for the price. I’ve only ever gotten pedis(I’m too rough on my nails), and while I have been helped by everyone here at some point, whatever Donna and Tu do, my pedis still look great a month later!

Don does give a great message. They are very nice here and do a great job! My shellac manicure lasts 3 weeks here! I’ve been to many nail salons in this area and this one is one of my favorites.

After coming for over a year there is definitely a difference with the new management. The attentive customer service isn’t quite there anymore. I have not been offered a drink my last few visits. The polishes are all watered down. The staff has started speaking in Vietnamese to each other non stop. Still a good convenient place to go but definitely not as good as before.

Don gave the best pedicure/massage I’ve ever had! An pedi turned out great. I will be back! As for shellac, I didn’t get it, but the ladies around me did and theirs looked really good.

So as a regular of a place on north mason road and while it is amazing, it is much better here. Frim the wine and hot neck oatmeal thingy to the hour long massage that came with the pedicure, i cant say enough about the nice ladies at memory nails. At a closer to my house salon(r&r) they are rude and disrespectful. I HIGHLY recommend memory nails ans the ONLY reason they didnt get 5 stars is that they didnt come to my house!!!

After trying out several area salons, I decided that my daughter and I needed a little mommy-daughter time here based on the reviews. The salon is very clean and pleasant, and the staff is very skilled and friendly if not entirely comfortable with English. They explained to my curious girl why they were placing food and flowers outside the door in front(prayer offering of gratitude — how cool is that??). On to the nails! My daughter got the junior mani-pedi and some art. $ 25 for the mani-pedi and $ 6 for the art. Beautiful job, and she absolutely loved it! They humored her need to have four colors without a blink(two on her fingers, two on her toes plus glitter!) and the flowers and sparkly two-toned hearts were so flipping cute. Definitely got our money’s worth. I had the manicure with shellac and a pedicure that included taking care of callus removal. Manicure is lovely and the arm massage was delicious, but the charge was $ 33 instead of the $ 30 I thought it was going to be(Previous shellac removal charge, I guess? I saw that at another salon where I paid more for less, I may have missed it on Memory’s menu.). The woman who did my feet should just move in with me now. I have paid for several pedicures that were supposed to include callus removal over the last couple of months and none of them really took care of my heels. They needed the cheese grater, not a glancing pass with the file. This lady went to work on my peasant farmer feet and now they look like a princess’s. That’s why I didn’t bat an eye when the bill was $ 5 more than the pedicure I thought I had selected from the menu(hey, she earned it!). It was still only $ 36 and included hot stone massage, calluses, exfoliating and nice smelly lotion during the non-hot-stone massage(that’s right — two massages, three if you count the exfoliant) and all the normal jazz(cuticles, paint, blah blah). I will definitely be back. Highly recommend for a little ‘me’ time or if you want to go with your friends/mom/daughter.

New to area and was looking for a nail salon. Was close to the house and saw some good reviews and decided to try. Pedicure from Donna was excellent. Very nice and genuinely friendly staff. Place was clean and when I went, not busy which was awesome. Chairs for pedicures comfortable and they cover the basins with plastic wrap before beginning. Plenty of options for colors and a range of prices for the pedi. Eyebrow wax was was also very professional. Will def make this my new nail place of choice!

Very clean and friendly staff. This is my 3rd time back with Kathy doing my refills. I tried a pedicure for first time. Donna was excellent. She took her time and I did not feel like she rushed through it. I am very pleased! A must try!

Excellent! Very nice and clean place. Does not smell like a nail salon. Shellac mani was great. They had a lot of options on the colors. They have several different option on they type of pedicure you can get. I got one that was $ 31 and loved it. I will definitely be back again. This is by far the best place I’ve had nail service at.

I agree with everything Mo Q. said… Happy with the service, nice clean salon inside, convenient to home for me, and she did a nice job on my nails. And I’ve shopped around Cinco Ranch this year… So I’m picky. Going for a Pedi next!

Just tried Memory Nails for the first time yesterday. They have only been opened for about a month. I had a shellac mani, and lip/brow wax. I was extremely happy with my service. They have a large selection of shellac colors, a pristine environment, offered drinks, and just took generally good care. They are fairly new so I hope people start trying them, because they definitely are worthy of the 4 stars.
