Really like that you have drop off and pickup locations in the Shell Woodcreek garage. Makes using your services so easy! Also, I’ve yet to have any lost or damaged garments which I am very impressed with. I’ve even accidently put items like a car key in my drycleaning bag and it came back! Really appreciate your service. Thanks!

We started going there bec they were better quality. For example: they do not put safety pins through your clothes like some dry cleaners, they hang clothes in the best way. After two years, something has changed. Clothes come back damaged every time. We told them if my husband’s shirts come back w crushed collars and broken buttons this time we won’t be back. Well, when we went to pick up, two shirts were damaged. For this price, better care should be taken. We won’t be going back. Update: after posting this review I was contacted two separate times to see how they could improve and I was given a credit for our troubles. We will give another chance because we really like the staff and hope it can go back to how it was.

WHYAM I PAYING $ 8 for you to dry clean my dress pants??? SERIOUSLY? $ 6 for no starch dress shirt? I might as well wear my pants 4 times and just buy new ones. that’s some expensive iron and hangers and bags yall use. an I paying for insurance in the case that you damage my clothes or something?

I read where MW had high prices but decided to try them to see if it was true. I brought in a normal sized coat and was told $ 16 to clean. I told them I thought it was a lot to pay for a coat that cost $ 30. They said that was the price for a coat. Yikes!!! I went a couple blocks away to 7 to 7 Cleaners and got charged $ 4.99. I will not be ripped off from MW and will tell everyone not to go there

We have been using MW Cleaners since they opened merely out of convenience. I had them hem 7 pairs of new pants for my daughter a couple of weeks ago. When I dropped them off, I told them the inseam length and there were no questions asked. Today, I went to the drop off some jeans of my own to be hemmed. I told the associate, Margarita, that I needed them to be hemmed to a 30 inch inseam. She told me that she could not hem them without me actually going be measured by a seamstress and having them pinned to the length. I explained to her that I just had 7 pairs of pants hemmed for my daughter. She was very rude and argumentative. I wished her a Merry Christmas and drove off. We will take our business elsewhere! Good Grief!

Finishing is worse than the many mom and pop cleaners all over this end of town. Shirt cuffs and collars are frequently creased and wrinkled. Suits and sport coats come out looking wilted. MW tries to impress with gimmicks like cascading hangers and cardboard collar forms, but these are all show and no go. The convenience of pickup and delivery is nice, and the lower quality finishing may be tolerable for your everyday stuff, but at this price, you should be able to rely on getting your best clothing back in a condition that doesn’t require re-pressing. Generally, you can’t.
