If I could give half a star, I wouldn’t even do that. First of all, eyebrows(the female who works the counter but is consumed by her eyebrows) just looked like she hated her job. Her hatred of this place seeped its way into our pizza, mushrooms and sandwich. My family ordered an Italian club. The description made it seem like it was stacked with meat and flavor but it was nothing more than a wimpy, pathetic sandwich that is still sitting on the countertop. Then we got fried mushrooms, which you would think«how could you mess up fried mushrooms?», well call Palio’s pizza and they’ll tell you how. How could you overyfry a mushroom yet it still be mushy on the inside? What is this alternate universe? How could something taste like water but not be water? How old were the mushrooms that were used? There was no flavor whatsoever. We ordered two medium pizzas but for some reason, it looks like we got 2 small pizzas cut into 8 pieces… Then when we confronted eyebrows about it, she kind of shrugged and brushed it off. We got the Grace pizza and instead of marinara, they have Alfredo sauce on it. Well this tasted like a weird funky blue cheese sauced pizza with burnt crust. This is was overall a very disappointing meal and we won’t be returning. Ever. Even if you paid.

I never write reviews so you know if I’m writing one it has to be really bad or really good. Well, this one was not the latter. First of all, I realize customer service is declining nowadays. Trust me, I don’t expect friendly, knowledgeable service. And in this case, the female that took my order(we’ll call her eyebrows) did not disappoint. Unenthusiastic, unaccommodating, and just… Bleh. I wanted something that is not on the menu, ladies and gentlemen, we are talking about meatballs. A side of meatballs. Nothing crazy, nothing out of the ordinary. Just a couple meatballs, sans pasta. But no, we can’t do that… Because that would be called CUSTOMERSERVICE. *gasp*. But we decided to go ahead and order anyways… Due to the other reviews, we really wanted to try this place. So we go to pick up our order. eyebrows was, as expected, unfriendly and unenthusiastic… Yah. We find out that the owner is there so I asked to speak to him about the meatballs. He could care less if he had an unhappy customer over it, or lost repeat business. He was rude and uncaring. I urge you to go down the road. Pane e vino is MUCH better food and they are super kind and definitely understand what customer service is. Eyebrows — PLEASE trust your instinct. Don’t do that to your face again — it scared my daughter(she was seriously crying)

The deep dish pizza is pretty good — as far as Chicago lovers go, this is probably one of the better places in Katy to get your fix. We don’t really come in anymore, because the interior seems pretty dirty. The high chair for children seems especially dirty, and the back was broken so it would not sit up properly. Wish I could give it a better review overall, because we like the pizza.

I had the eggplant. The dish was great! I was not expecting it also has spaghetti that makes it WAYBETTER! I pay around $ 12 for a great plant and excellent portion.

Place smelled like cigarette smoke and table looked like it was never cleaned. Food was also terrible. Salad was old iceberg lettuce and a slice of tomato that looked about a week old. Dressing was watery, but the croutons were excellent! got about 2 of them. Main course was a gyro. one slice of frozen lamb less than a penny thick. filled with the same lettuce a tomato and a bunch of cheese. Sadly the best part of the meal was the chips and soda.

Very good pizza, different styles, tons of choices. Fresh vegetables, very flavorful. Service was average. We love the bring your own wine aspect.

Very flavorful and creative specialty pizzas. If you are like me that gets bored of the same olé pizza toppings or like a variety once in a while, you have to try this place. Although my go to is usually marinara, they have pesto and Alfredo sauce options for the base sauce to change it up. Aaaaand if you really can’t decide between two pizzas, you can split the pizzas! :):) My favorite is the Thai chicken because of the nuttiness of the cashews and the Mollys chicken. Yummmm. Nice treat from the usual!

My family visited this restaurant on a Friday night. The restaurant was kind of dead for a Friday night. Just one small family inside. There were 3 tables filled with dirty dishes that stayed dirty for nearly our entire visit, yet there were at least seven people working. The restaurant smelled like cigars because it is located right next to a cigar shop. We were greeted by a girl who was texting for about 1 minute while we waited right in front of her to place our order. Quite awkward! When she finished texting we began to order. We ordered twi slices of pizza and a pasta dish. You think that would be easy? Think again! The girl explained that the pizza was very big and that they cut it in half which would equal two slices. So we decided to order one slice. Then some guy got involved and starting arguing with me about the slice of pizza which just confused us. I almost decided to walk out then. Some other guy finished up our order. He asked me how my night was going and i did the same. He replied that he couldn’t wait to get out of there. Not the answer that you would be expecting from an employee. We ordered our food and found a table that had crumbs and pizza sauce all over it. I wiped it off myself and we waited for our food. The food came out rather quickly, but they brought the pasta dish out first and had us waiting for the pizza for another few minutes. I wish that they would have brought everything out together. The food was actually pretty good, but the experience was terrible. It’s debatable whether or not we’ll return.

Completely fake Chicago style pizza. The crust taste like corn bread, way too many tomatoes chunks that had no flavoring in the sauce, and a hair In my pizza. Definitely not worth 26 dollars for a medium pizza. It’s more like over priced cornbread with sauce. Will never eat here again.

Did go with my family. Had pizza Napolitana, Hawaiian, «The works» and linguini Alfredo, taste was great. Pizza crust is great and you can tell sauce is home made. Staff is very nice. Will definitely visit again very soon!

Had some grape leave wraps and a calzone. All freshly made and great taste. Service was great too.

A simple, independent pizza café with a great menu. We shared the grape leaves and Mediterranean pizza — both were great! The grapes leaves were stuffed with rice and spices, and there were about ten in the dish. The small pizza was the perfect size for two. I love being pleasantly surprised by places such as this.

I have been here several times and always get the pizza or spaghetti, both are good. We like to get wings as an appetizer however be prepared to wait as it always takes 20 – 30 mins. They usually come out with our meal(so not exactly an appetizer). My recent experience was not a good one! I have been wanting to try the shrimp pasta and I finally did. The pasta itself was ok, but as soon as I bit into the shrimp — they were awful! They tasted very dry and rubbery, like they had been cooked and recooked at least 3 times! Some shrimp even looked black, it was awful. I decided to let the Manager know. He said«We can make you another one». I said«No, thank you, I am sure the shrimp will be the same.» He replied that the shrimp were fresh(there is no way in hell these shrimp were fresh!). Then he gave me a blank stare as if he was asking, well what do you want me to do? I had to ask him if he could refund the plate. He agreed. I felt that he should have offered the refund instead of me having to ask. Awkward. Sorry, but if I am spending almost $ 50 for a party of 3 at a pizza parlor, I expect to get decent food. As we were getting ready to leave, I went to get a refill on my soda. I open the cup and look inside and there was a big gnat — gross! I didn’t even bring it up to the Manager, I simply threw it away and we left! I doubt we are coming back; this last visit was overall a big disappointment!

I love that Palios has a vast variety of food to order from, not just pizza. I can only vouche for their pizza,(since I’ve never ordered anything else) but the times that I have dinned in and seen the food of the other customers, it has looked quite yummy! I like non conventional pizza toppings and this place definately lives up to that. Sure they have your regular, build your own, cheese and pepperoni to choose from… But that’s so BORING! I love having things like chicken, spinach, sun dried tomatoes and cashews to choose from. Another thing I dig about their pizzas is the CRUST! I’m not a huge fan of super crispy crust that nearly breaks your tooth when you bite into a slice of pizza. Palios has the perfect buttery balance of crispness. MMMmmm… If you’re ever in Katy, this is a great place to dine in or carry out. BYOB for dine in.

This place without doub and by far it is the best Pizza we ate in many years in Houston and surrounding. The gourmet italian flavor, fresh ingredients, perfec italian crust and excellent sauce taste will make you comeback. Any where we as a family travel for vacation, local or international, we try pizza and it is really hard to find good pizzas. So, we are Pizza lovers and definitely this one has 5 stars.

This place is nice because they allow you to bring in your own wine and they do not charge you a corking fee. So that really stuck out in my book. They pizza was pretty good, but nothing that outstanding. I want to go back and try their Deep Dish style meat lovers pizza. That thing looks beastly, But alas… they only serve it on the weekend and I went on a Thursday. But if you do get a appetizer then let it be the Bruschetta. Some of the best I have ever had. I will definitely be going back to this place.

Never have I issued a 5 star rating to a Resturant and today is no different. However, this pizzeria came awfully close. The pizza was excellent, not too saucy or too cheesy; it was just right. Additionally, the pizza crust perfect and flavorful. A well deserved 4 stars for this pizza joint. The lasagna also good.
