Pepperoni’s Pizza

My 2^nd visit was much better than my first.
This time my calzone was cooked correctly and hot all the to the middle. The cheese was melted and it was very tasty.
The please is clean and the staff very friendly.
I would recommend them to my friends.
Now if they just had fresh brewed iced tea they might be able to get a 5 star rating from me.

Whatever you do, order it directly from the website and not through Unilocal/​eat 24. I got charged $ 28.82 for my order then when the guy showed up he was expecting an additional $ 23.24. He then had to call his manager and tell me that my payment did not go through and I had to give him the card info again. Checked my account later and realized I got charged twice for one pizza… pizza was good but not $ 40 good…

Well the reviews had me excited. However It was not true at all. Ordered a large meat pizza and a large Greek salad. Then the clock started. Placed order at 6:01 per their ticket and then received it at 7:30. Ok they told me it would take 45 mins. But when I called they just said it was out. The driver then showed up and used the excuse that he had to delivered another one first. Ok fair. So that’s why I get a cold pizza that taste worst then dominos. I would suggest using a different place

One of the best options for gluten-​free pizza around, reasonable prices, diverse menu and friendly/​fast service. Love the online ordering and drive-​through for pick-​up. Side-​note: Their drivers are out of control. 45 mph is not a recommended parking lot speed.

Went here for lunch and the service and food were outstanding. It is very hard to impress me with good pizza sauce being from an Italian family but there sauce is hands down the best sauce I have ever had on a pie. Extremely flavorful and made from scratch, can’t wait to go back.

We order from Pepperoni’s quite a bit. Their pizza rolls are delicious and I love the gluten free crust. You won’t be disappointed in the chocolate cake.

Good, not great. I’ve read a lot of reviews about bad service but I haven’t experienced that. If you want a pizza that’s not from one of the national chains it’s a good choice.

I have no complaints about the food. Pretty good pizza, decent salad, bread is alright… pretty good. Better than the usual Papa John’s or Pizza Hut. However, the service is rough. I ordered a pizza at 7:00 and called at 8:40 to find out what was going on with it since I’d been charged and it hadn’t arrived. First, I dealt with the peon on the phone who then had to get the manager who stated the order never went through. I found that interesting since my credit card was charged. I’m pretty frustrated because they finally placed my order but didn’t offer a discount for their mistake or even apologize sincerely. Might have to seek out a new pizza place as I take service seriously!

I am extremely grateful to have Pepperoni’s Pizza in my neighborhood. The food is always fresh and I am comforted in knowing they use certified organic ingredients.
The manager was courteous enough to gift me and many others in my neighborhood a coupon book which I use on a very regular basis. The establishment is about a two minute drive from my house, but when I do order a delivery, it is at my house is no more than twenty to twenty-​five minutes. Furthermore, the reason I gave these masters of pizza five stars is because they never fail in providing me with friendly customer service and food that leaves me satisfied for a great price.

Our family has given Pepperonis so much business! We’ve only had a couple of pizzas turn out bad but never mentioned it and just called and ordered another. Tonight I ordered and to my sadness it tasted funny and I was scared. I leave out of the country in one day and don’t want to get sick.
I called and the manager was rude and could care less. He didn’t offer reassurance or another pizza or sorry, absolutely nothing but rudeness!!!. This manager is definitely not an American citizen! So disgraceful! I won’t ever order again. What a shame, it was convenient and mostly good. Being the Mom and home alone, this was my first time dealing directly with establishment. Never again! What a miserable man he is! I had to sign up to Unilocal to post. A waste of remembrance of ⁹⁄₁₁.

We liked Pepperoni’s a lot when we first started getting it from the Cinco Ranch location. But it was never perfect there and now the new location has definitely had some mess-​ups. Nothing that crazy but enough for me not to want to order from there again.
Like one time, the pizza was delivered to us and we opened the box and I immediately noticed that the cheese looked like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for a while rather than being delivered hot and fresh.
My husband and I do love the pepperoni rolls but even having those too much, you can get sick of them quickly. Or at least we did. Plus, we have never not gotten them and they’re dripping in grease. Yuck.
And oh, by the way… NOTE TO THE MANAGER: One of your delivery drivers (I believe they drive a black Toyota car) always drives out of control in our neighborhood. There are children in neighborhoods… hello! We always see them speeding!

Ordered several pizzas from here already. Always good. Consistently fresh tasting and never had an issue. The Special is great and we love Canadian bacon. Prices are reasonable and the restaurant has a nice sitting area that seems to be kept clean.
I’ve only ordered delivery and pick up. Pizzas during prime time (dinner) still get delivered inside of 40 minutes which is acceptable for a pizza made from scratch.
Very much welcome this establishment to the neighborhood and thankful another nail salon didn’t open up. Seriously. Wtf is with the nail salons?

We have been ordering from Pepperoni’s for a while now. They have always been quick with the delivery. The delivery drivers have always been nice. We had an incorrect order once and my wife called and spoke with the manager. They immediately remade my gyro and delivered it quickly. So I’m not sure what everyone is talking about with the customer service issues. I have had nothing but great service. Thank you.

Just NO. I placed an order for delivery and a few items were just left out. Plus we got the wrong pizza. The pepperoni rolls were ok. The Greek pizza was so covered in oregano that I couldn’t really taste anything else. Turkey sub was fine. But if you order delivery, don’t expect to get the right food and don’t expect them to do anything about it, either.

Don’t do it!!! We were excited for this place to open so close to our neighborhood, and they deliver. However, I experienced the WORST customer service ever! We placed an order for delivery, it arrived and it was wrong. We called back, the young woman we spoke with on the phone acknowledged the error, but then the manager literally refused to make it right and we had already paid. I mean WHO DOES THIS??? NEVER will we be back!!!

Glad to have them in the neighborhood. Delivery time is quick, greatly appreciated. Really enjoy meat pizzas, have to try some different varieties. My wife continues to find Papa Johns BBQ pizza with grilled chicken and pineapple her favorite. Ordered similar setup here, but she didn’t like the BBQ sauce.

So happy they opened this location. My husband and I order for delivery at least once every other week. They are always upbeat and courteous when they answer and take our order. The delivery time is always shower than they project, usually 20 – 30 minutes.
We have had their salads, pepperoni rolls, and a few of their specialty pizzas. The pizza is SO good. My favorite is the Supreme. Not a Pepperoni original flavor, but their toppings are always fresh and hearty. My husband and I each order a medium and it’s enough for 2 – 3 meals each. I love the crust, which to me can make or break a pizza. The pizza sauce, specifically noticeable with the rolls, is a little bland but definitely still worth it.
We bought the coupon book they were selling before opening and don’t regret it one bit. It was worth it with our first purchase– we have easily gotten at least $ 30 worth of free stuff and we have only used 3 or 4 of the coupons so far. Someone mentioned you could still get it at the counter, but i’m not sure.

Uh yum.
Just going to point out that I hate this place because I am going to get very fat ;o) eating here. The pizza is SO good. My husband and I ordered 2 personal sized pizza and wings. Drool.

This is definitely our new go to spot for pizza. Thank you for opening a location near us. I now regret not buying that coupon book when they stopped by our house to tell us about them.

I have been ordering from pepperonis since they recently opened. I like their specialty pizzas, pesto chicken, mas mushroom and roasted veggie. Im sire the others are just as good i just stick to what i like.
Granted im only 3 blocks away but when the pizza gets to my door it is still very hot. The large greek salad can feed two people easily.
They have gluten free crust and vegan cheese so if you have food allergies, like me, they can accomodate you.
You cant beat the lunch specials!

Very happy we’ve finally got a good, family restaurant at Firethorne. It’s also really handy that they not only have dine-​in and carry-​out but also drive-​thru and delivery service.
