This is the worse place to order pizza for delivery or pick-up. I’ve placed orders from here and it took so long that I decided to go and pick it up. Then they made me wait another 25 min for my order at the store. Once I picked up my order they told my that part of my order was messed up and they are making it again. I waited for another 15 min and then they told me that the order was messed up again… they offered to give me the pizza that they messed up for free. No, I don’t want a pizza that I didn’t order for free. Not what I waited for over 1.5−2 hours. This was one incident. Today I ordered a large meat lovers pizza from them. I get to eat one bad meal(pizza) once a week and I was looking forward to this meal for days. I get the pizza and take a bite and realize that this meat lovers has less cheese and meat then my wife’s pepperoni pizza. It tasted just like I was eating pizza crust!!! This was the last time I deal with this place and I suggest you do the same and get your pizza from a place that has better quality and reputation.

Placed an order online on a Friday at 5:50pm, once I got all the way through my order, it stated that I had a 2 hour wait for delivery. I tried to call and cancel, but the phone was a constant busy signal. I finally decided to go and pick it up. Once at the store I tell them that I needed to switch my order to pick up and they told me that it would take 15 – 20 minutes. I waited in my car 20 minutes and came back in. The order board said my order was completed. I get told that my order will be ready in a few more minutes(despite the board saying it was ready). I proceed to wait for 15 additional minutes. Finally I get told that they need to remake my order and it will be ready in about 10 minutes. After 20 minutes I got the pizza I realize that Friday and the time I ordered were not conducive to getting my order quickly, but waiting over an hour for pizza is not acceptable. They did offer me a $ 15 credit on my next order, but it will go unused, because I won’t be coming back
