If I could give it a zero I would. Staff is very nice. But the company is horrible. They do not let you get out of the contract for any reason. I moved away and they could not refund me the money from the sessions I did not do. They say 95% of hair will be gone but their is no way for them to keep track of that percentage. You can never get an appointment and sometimes when you do have one they will cancel it and push the sessions even further.

Be careful and read carefully the contract. You are not allowed to cancel the treatment for ANY reason (even if you are moving overseas)
I have been paying for 7 months, the last three months I have paid and since my local store has not been able to reschedule I have not had any treatment for that period of time.
In this case they are not abiding with the contract but I still can not cancel the contract, so it is an abusive contract.
Furthermore, in the contract states that you will be getting a 95% hair loss, however they are the only ones who «measure“this part, the way they «measure» is by inputting on a sheet of paper the amount of hair that they CONSIDER «lost». In my case I have to say that I have been treated for the first three times by three different specialists, so that consideration is kind of subjective.
After my personal experience with these people I would not recommend anyone to use their services.

Be careful people this place is a scammer they take your money and they promise you with a full body laser but then they denied that do not sign any papers don’t trust them they took away from me more than 1000 and they promised me with a full body laser and now they told me that I am only allowed to have have arms and half legs stay away they are scammers!
Plus there’s service is really bad and they burned me

This is very bad place to go. Not at all professional. The technician burnt my daughters hand with a trial laser treatment. They kept saying it was a reaction & had no concern what so ever. Bad customer service.

I feel so lucky to have found not only laser pro. But «lili» she has been taking care of my skin so far as if it was hers. She takes care of every minimal detail to make sure that your skin will be ready for the treatment. She made sure that I was confortable and explain me step by step the procedures of the treatment. Even tough the gel thst is applyed is some how cold she made sure to keep the rest of my body that was not being treated warm. I’m looking forward for my second treatment and also to let you all know how it went. Also, I can wait to share the results of my hair. Till next time.

The staff here is are nice and professional. I’ve had 1 session so far and today is my 2nd session. I haven’t seen much change yet but I am thinking after the 3rd session I should see some changes in my hair follicle shrinking. The treatment is not painful and Lilly my technician made me feel very comfortable for being my first time getting laser hair removal. I was very nervous and didn’t know what to expect. Lilly explain things very thoroughly to me in the beginning, during and even at the end of the procedure. I am excited and can’t wait to see the end results after my 10th session. I think it’s great that laser pro offers more treatments after the 10th if you are not satisfied with the results. They say they guarantee their work and client satisfaction is important. The only thing is the room has to be pretty cold for the machine. I think Lilly said 60 degrees is what the AC has to be set at. I so far would recommend laser pro to anyone interested in going.
