My daughter was invited here for her birthday. She loves the bouncy houses, and I love the AC. In the one party room we went to, you have about 4 huge bounce structures. They all have different slides and obstacles. Great fun for kids.

It’s a great place to bring your kiddo to visit and interact with others their age while exercising too. Make sure to get the Groupon package deal. They will stamp your pass card each time you visit. Toddlers under two yrs old are FREE! Make sure to mention if they are under two. There are vending machines in back and in the front. Party rooms available too. And arena # 2 is usually open on Fridays Saturdays. We like the katy location on South Mason Rd In the big lots shopping center just down the street from 24 hr fitness about 5 min drive time

Just had a glow party at Pump it up Katy I just want to say WOW! very impressed with the service received! the staff was incredible! they met us at our car to unload it, and in we went. The kids had a great time bouncing sliding and running around the place. The parents got in on the fun too! The party room was HUGE and the staff did everything from serve the pizza to cut the cake. We didn’t have to do one thing but show up! so fun and very easy will be back very soon!

Just ok. Went to a friend’s kid’s birthday party yesterday here. The kids all had a blast(the party was for a four year old) but honestly the inflatables were sort of beat up and worn, and the whole place smelled vaguely of mildew and feet. Unlike a Monkey Joes where there are about 12 inflatables to bounce on in a giant room, this had four big ones in a room, and only my friend’s party was in that room. Cool if you like private parties, disappointing if you wanted more choice in inflatables. The staff was really indifferent, and wasn’t around much at all during the bouncing part of the party. The party room itself was pretty spartan looking. The staff was somewhat helpful when it came to making sure people used hand sanitizer after bouncing and helping serve the party food. Three stars because the kids had fun. Two subtracted for the overall cleanliness(or lack thereof) and the whole experience from a parental perspective. I don’t think I would have my kid’s party there.

My kids loved it but from a parents stand point cashier(s) in front have no customer service skills, the place needs a good cleaning.

Interesting place & concept. You have a huge place & put an assortment of inflatables to make kids wear themselves out! The decibel levels can get really high the more kids you add in the mix, but you know they are having a blast when you feel as though your ear drums will burst! Air hockey table & another cool machine, wind machine, rounds out what will keep your child’s attention. There is a separate room to house gifts, party favors, cake, etc. If you are trying to break up the children’s party monotony, give this place a try.

The only reason this place gets 2 stars from me is because my kids have fun there. That doesn’t say much though. The place STINKS and just looks old and dirty. They don’t have an automatic door which would be helpful for those of us with kids in strollers. They make the kids watch a 10 minute(!) safety video!!! Are you kidding!!! They also have a kid with an annoying whistle policing the party. I think parents are sufficient. I dont recommend this place at all. I may think differently if Inflatable Katy and the new Monkey Joe’s weren’t all so close to each other on Mason. I rank Inflatable Katy 1st, Monkey Joe’s 2nd and Pump It Up a distant 3rd. Yuck.

There’s something to be said for an indoor party that keeps kids engaged while sneaking in some exercise. Pump it Up is perfect for all of these things. While attending a party at Pump It Up, all of the guests were set loose in a huge area with gigantic inflatables. They ran up the slide ramp and zoomed back down. Kids were knocking each other down with over-sized, air filled boxing gloves. They jumped in the traditional moonwalk inflatable. There were children everywhere, taking advantage of everything in the over-sized party room, loving every minute of the bouncing, sliding, energy expending fun without breaking a sweat. In the birthday room, Pump It Up lined the kids up at the tables while the guest of honor unwrapped gifts in an inflatable throne. Many photos were taken and everyone had a great time. Cake and ice cream for all after an hour of running and playing — what could be better? My only issue with this place is that it is off limits to the ‘grown ups’ so parents just stood on the sidelines wishing something this cool had been around when they were children. I think they should have a Parents Night In and let the ‘bigger kids’ celebrate the end of the work week in the same way kids celebrate parties and just being a kid. I’d do it — and if you saw this place, you’d be right there beside me. So much fun under one roof!
