I normally don’t post comments but I have to admit that Vanda at this location is not only rude but not helpful. She ran out of products and said they don’t give out rain checks on special sale items. Is it my fault that they didn’t order enough? Randall’s is one of the more expensive grocery store so I know they can afford to hire friendlier staff. I will not be going to this store again.

Price-wise? It’s the BMW of grocery store chains. The problem is that while it is one of the most expensive stores to shop at, what’s under the hood is no different than the «Toyota» of grocers down the street. What you are getting for the money is a store that looks really pretty with hard wood floors, but that doesn’t make the Kraft mac n’ cheese anything other than Kraft mac n’ cheese.
I’ve tried their seafood, deli and multiple other areas that I assume must be nicer than other grocers and? Nope. The same as others.
So why would I stop here? I wasn’t in the mood to turn around when my husband asked me to pick up a couple of items for him. Otherwise I doubt I’ll be back.
