Love love love this salon. Suzanne rocks. Not only does she cut your hair but then she takes the time to explain how you can do it at home. The customer service in this salon out of thos world.

I had to find a new Redken colorist after my colorist (of 14 years) moved to Florida. As you can imagine, I was very nervous to go to a new salon. I needn’t have worried! Megan is fantastic. She is a Redken certified colorist and was able to blend color seamlessly with the existing color. If you need a special color process or require color correction, I highly recommend Megan. Also, Secrets Salon is convenient! It has experienced Redken specialists in Katy without the need for driving to Houston. The salon staff are also friendly and efficient.

I was a walk in and I was in the chair in less than 15 mins which was awesome!
My previous stylist murdered my hair and Megan saved it! I showed her what I wanted and she just did it.

I knew it was time for me to get a haircut and new style when I thought about buying MORE hairbands. Why wear my hair tied up in a constrained ponytail when I can wear it down and be EXCITED about it?
Well, that’s exactly what I did! I called up and scheduled an appointment with Dana for a color and cut. She was sweet and talked to me about what I was looking for in a new look. I changed into a black smock and hung my clothes up in their changing room, which makes you feel like a movie star. The décor in the salon makes you feel like you’re in Hollywood; black and white posters of Marilyn Monroe grace their walls and the open, brightly lit salon makes you forget that you’re in a small town.
I decided to go with a dark red wash with bold streaks in my hair, as well as some flirty bangs. After some cutting, shaping, coloring, Dana was styling my hair with smooth confidence. I looked up and my face had transformed! This is what we all want! A new look that is flattering to our face shape and for once, a desire to toss out all of those stretched out, and tired hairbands!
I came back the next week after that visit to get more dark red color washed into my hair. I was told the initial wash may «not take» and may take a few visits. I was happy to do so, since I wasn’t able to recreate the awesome «just stepped out of the salon» look. I also got the «steam conditioning infusion», which makes your hair silky and shiny soft.
Then, I came back, yet again for a shampoo and style for the Unilocal Elite Event at Carmelo’s, and I’m so glad I did.
Their pricing is reasonable and if you have color treated hair or damaged hair, consider getting the steam infusion. It’ll erase all those hot iron sessions you subjected your hair to in your bathroom.
I will most definitely come back for my next color, cuts, and styles for special events. Why? Because everyone wants to feel like a movie star!

Been going here since the ‘80s for my haircuts and color. Everyone is extremely nice and accommodating. Never had any problems. My husband goes here as well and both of my boys have been.
