I have been going here for 3years or more. Great atomsphere and cozy place.
You don’t have to wait a long time for service since I normally go on my lunchbreak for SSS.
They are painless. The ladies are so sweet and professional. Nice location. I recommend you to try them many other services offered.

Not sure why this place has such low stars but I’ve had an excellent experience with them so far. The staff is really nice and the place is very clean and peaceful. I’ve been going for about a month and I am in love with their service and services. I will be recommending them and continuing services with them for here on out!

So disappointed. My friend and I went to get Botox. We usually get it done every 9 – 12 months on the brow, outer eye and glabella. He had 30 units and I had 20. 3 weeks later we had TONS of movement. We went back and they sold us more. He another 10 and I had another 10. (Keep in mind I have been doing this for 10 years and have NEVER EVER needed more than 25 units to freeze my forehead and lift my brow). 4 weeks later I WE BOTH STILL have movement and I am booking an appointment with another medispa. In my opinion, the nurse who does injections was a slick talking salesman who pushed more botox on us when she simply didn’t do it correctly in the first place. I would urge everyone reading this to avoid AT ALL COSTS going to Selah Medspa. Either they are injecting something substandard or the nurse doesn’t know what she is doing… maybe that’s why she talks THE WHOLE TIME… to keep the client distracted. Avoid this place!

I have enjoyed visiting Selah Medi-​Spa for over two years now. Walking in the door of the spa, you immediately feel relaxed and peaceful. No detail is left to chance, and the décor, scented air, color scheme, and zen music all lend itself to the total experience. Even without receiving a treatment you can feel relaxed simply by visiting the spa. Then you have the added bonus of exceptional service from a warm and happy staff, who is completely up to date on the latest and best facial and body services to date. They care about you, and recommend what they feel is best. The nurse and aesthicians are all professional, experienced and compassionate. All in all, every aspect of this spa is first class, and I will be a repeat customer for life!

Never open when I am available. Bought massage. Prepaid. Will not honor. Not open this Friday, only day I can do the special. Not intelligent receptionist. Just sucky all around

Very quick experience. Your in, your out, you’re on your way. I will continue for the next three months to visit the spa for the super slim shots. :)

For the price of the Groupon and the service I can’t complain. Sherry was sweet and did a good job on my facial and microdermabrasion treatment. The ambiance of this spa was nice and warm. I had to wait about 15 mins after I filled out the 3 sheets of information/​release form. I am guessing they wanted to be careful with the new clients that may have sensitive skin or allergies. The service was overall pretty good. Sherry did a good job doing my blackheads extractions for an additional $ 10. wow I didn’t know I had as many as I did gross. and here I thought I had great skin lol. anyhow I was pleased with the professional service I received on my visit. My skin felt great and very smooth. I forgot to mention I am also an active licensed cosmetologist. (Hairstylist). Go see Sherry for a facial and microdermabrasion treatment! I will be back in 2 month or so hopefully the non Groupon price isn’t ridiculously $$$.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! RUDE!!! Came here for a facial with microderm purchased from Groupon. Got an appointment after 3 attempts due to very few open slots. Their aesthetician only works 2 – 3 times a week. I arrived on time for my appointment and waited 45 mins in the waiting room only to tell me that they cannot honor the Groupon deal that I purchased because it’s for 1^st time clients only. Maybe I made a mistake of not reading the fine print that it was for 1^st time clients only but at least they should have let me know this prior to booking an appointment and I had to wait 45 mins before they drop the bombshell! I did not even get an apology from these rude people. SHOUT OUT TO THE OWNER: TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE ON PROPER CUSTOMER SKILLS!

I am currently in the process of going through the HCG weight-​loss treatments. Thanks to Miss Trish and the girls I have lost almost 30 pounds in 5 weeks. For me, that is a small miracle. My metabolism had totally shut down to the point where everything I ate caused me to gain weight. Because of this crew“s patience, product knowledge, understanding, and encouragement, I am on my way to a much happier healthy lifestyle. Thanks again for everything

Not a great service… Had to wait for long… And the therapist was bad at the massage and had nails which were peircing into my body during massage… Not a great place to be!

Love the atmosphere and the ladies are so pleasant. Make sure to get a facial its heaven.

If there was a less than one star I would have chosen it. I went to Selah because of the price of their Botox. I had 42 units injected into my forehead and a month later, you cannot tell that I even HAD it done. I called after talking to a dermatologist (who said I obviously had a bad batch) to see if they would be willing to make it right. Instead, I was told that I was probably one of the «10%» who become immune to the protein in Botox and that I should try another product. So they expected me to pay another 400 dollars for something else that may or may not work… That was their solution. I will never go to a place that doesn’t stand behind their product. I have had a bad batch before, a few years ago, and the dermatologist gladly redid it for FREE as it wasn’t my fault. Since coming to Katy, I’ve tried to find a place with reasonable prices for Botox and chose Selah Medi Spa. What a mistake. The new dermatologist I found will be who I use from now on– who by the way– would never pull a stunt like this. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. There are too many other places in this area who stand behind their work and product.
