The front office is rude and unfriendly. They refused to let me see the doctor because they claimed my appointment was at 2:15 PM but i was informed that my appointment was at 2:30 PM and I arrived at 2:00 PM …30 minutes before the appointment as told!!! They refused to recognize their mistake and they did not gave me any option other than reschedule my appointment. I am a working mom and I asked for the afternoon off for this appointment, even after explaining that, the front office staff refused to provide an excuse for my work. I never was able to see the doctor but definitevely I do NOT want to deal with this doctor’s front office anymore. Worse experience I have had in a doctor office.

This is the doctor that took over Dr Rockman’s office. I am not a patient there because I have moved, but I wanted to write a review to let people know how helpful and nice the staff is. I needed medical records from them and they were very quick to look for them and get back to me. Although the records that I requested were not in their possession, they offered to help me get them. Most offices would just give you the number and tell you good luck, especially since they knew I wasn’t going to be a patient. If I lived closer I would definitely use this office.
