This is the desperation Spec’s. It’s the Spec’s I come to when I know what I want and what I want is liquor. No cheese, chocolate or any other fancy stuff. No looking for a different brand to buy or something I’ve never tried before.
But if you are getting stuff for a party and not just looking for your favorite? If you are looking for something different? Something that will broaden your horizon’s? Drive to the S. Mason location. Also, this location demands that you have the Spec’s card if you want the price cut advertised. I’ve always gotten the lower price at the Mason location even without a card.

This place is walking distance from my house so its a no brainier. Ive never really had any issues with this place. 3 stars because its not like the specs warehouse or anything like that. Plus this location does not have a wide selection of cigars like some of the other specs locations. Therefore my walk becomes a hassle having to walk back home without my 5 Vegas cigar.
Good thing is they always have my uncle Jameson & my close friend Jaegermeister which I can’t complain about. Ill keep walking to this location unless Im craving a cigar or something a bit more upscale.

4 stars for always having a nice selection and clean store. Check the date on the beer before choosing because there’s a lot of old beer. Staff is helpful when guidance is needed. Although, I didn’t appreciate being ID checked to buy a bag of Cheetos. Overall I would recommend.

Things You Shouldn’t Do.
1. Smoke cigarettes. I’m not sure if you’ve heard, but they are bad for you.
2. Wait until New Year’s Eve to buy liquor, because there will be a line around the entire store.
Things You Should Do.
1. Buy your liquor at Spec’s. They have everything you’d possibly want at good prices, as well as a nice staff that knows their selection and will happily help you out. They also think about things in advance, and staff all three registers (complete with extra staff to box up your gigantic liquor purchase) on the biggest drinking night of the year.
2. Pay cash. They offer a discount if you do.

Anything you want, they usually have. They even have stuff you don’t want. They are much more affordable than most «mom and pop» liquor stores, and they keep the place nice and clean. There are also plenty of locations to choose from. I have 2 locations under 3 minutes from my house. Now that is convenient for the alcoholic on the go, if you ask me.
