LOVESTATIONATMASONCREEK! This place has it all, from a beautiful property and pool area, to a hardworking maintenance team and(ever so hard to find) friendly and helpful management team. I can genuinely say, they take great pride when it comes to choosing their team, making sure they’re more than just employees but also a valuable addition to the family-oriented atmosphere here. My wife and I moved in September of 2015. It was a rainy day and our couches got soaked, so the first thing they do is offer to have their cleaners come wet-vac and shampoo our couches! It made a great first impression.(On top of the promotional offer they had at the time of getting a free IPad upon move-in.) From there it was a series of events that made our love for this place grow. I lounge in their business area frequently to use their Wi-fi for my online classes. Their new coffee machine contributed to many«A» papers HAHA. My wife loves going to the office to visit with the ladies there. No matter who comes and goes, they are always friendly and helpful. I am super comfortable going to Suzette Perrett for any needs or requests, she has been amazing! Recently our new car got bumped into at the grocery store and it left a good crevice in the door where water could get in. I told Suzette about it and the new manager Kim Blevens overheard and offered us a garage for a week free of charge to help until repairs get done. WOW! My wife and I are already planning our next lease with them and will be recommending Station at Mason Creek to everyone!

I hesitate to post a review for a long time, but it’s now time to make future tenants aware. A year ago, the office called me to ask for a review. I never did because I was already frustrated with their maintenance and how they never answer the phone even though there’s three staff in the office. It’s already bad, and new management is even worse. So, about two week ago the disposer and dishwasher des not work. I submit a ticket online, forward to the office to both management and other personnel. I called to check and make sure, left voicemail and four days later I had to stop at the office which means I have to take time off work. While at the office, she told me she never get a request. It’s funny because I did a lot to make sure they’re aware. However, that personnel told me she been working there for two week and every tenant is happy and maintenance is keeping up so well. I ask her«are you sure you’re not lying to me?» Cuz I know she’s lying I been at the apartment for almost two year and I have really good relationship with other tenants. I asked few of the maintenance guy, and they were happy to share it with us that they can see the order but they need authorization from the office. They even remind the officer people but still nothing. We’re all frustrated. I hope this review help future tenants with their decision. After all, tenants are always at a disadvantage.

Apartment Dwelling in the greater Houston area is MASSIVE. This place houses family members so I guess it’s ok. Nothing special. One pool, One grill in the same place. The leasing area is awesome but they don’t rent it out. The gym, well… is lacking as it only has one of everything(treadmill, bike, stairmaster and weight machine). No sidewalks so I had to run in the parking lot and lots of blind spot areas that you could totally get wiped out in. Sigh
