My friend needed a phone for emergency, i came to this T-mobile Store 15 min before closing, but Yassine, E came to the rescue to take care of us. Five star to him. really nice guy.

Has to be one of the worst T-mobile store I have ever been to. Guys at the front desk don’t know what T-mobile is offering as promos. They have their own agenda to push on you. Needless to say constantly pushed for buying stupid screen protector and cases from them which is heavily marked up — even before they can tell if they have the phone in stock or not. They will also scare you by saying it will be dooms day if you don’t purchase phone insurance from them. Just a complete waste of time and energy. I came back home from the store and called T-mobile customer service number(611) and had everything I wanted. The guy on the phone wondered why I didnt go to the store… here is why.

Not buying the no overage, no contract hype –had to prove to myself skepticism would be well founded. Bait and switch technique — when i inquired about a good plan for me Quentin had to go in the back and talk with a manager. I left immediately. Trust your gut! The majors are in Apple’s back pocket. Verizon did not lose a loyal customer!

NO service in SEVENMEADOWS! The staff promised free phones during a promotion and only after suing T Mobile were we able to get our money back so make sure you read the fine print cause the staff will lie to you. EditDelete
