The Lead Change sold my saddle 5 months ago and refuses to pay me for it. I have been trying to get my money for several months now. The owner, Jennifer Hoover, keeps telling me that she will mail me a check, but she has not.

Rancho Santa Fe, CA
This is a resale equestrian store that will not pay for merchandise it requested and took from three young girls. They keep saying they will mail the merchandise back, but have not. I would not trust them with your expensive saddles and tack, as they can’t pay for $ 150 of brand new bows that they specifically asked for and agreed to pay for.
I’m not even sure they are still actually in business!
