True Fix A/C & Heating

I called True Fix on the recommendation of the A/​C guy I used to use in Cypress who couldn’t get to me until tomorrow. I am very glad I took his advice! Daniel came this afternoon and got straight to work. He asked several times if I had called the builder, as the unit is barely two years old. I knew the manufacturer warranty is 5 years, but I had read my builder warranty and it said two years through them (which expired just a month ago). His insistence made me go ahead and call my builder while he was chasing down the leak. Sure enough, they said they’ll take care of it through the vendor. Daniel’s trip out here still wasn’t cheap, but this company obviously isn’t out to make a buck that isn’t honest. He didn’t have to keep hinting that I should call the builder Just In Case — and he saved me at least $ 1,000 in labor and refrigerant.

Best in class service, everyone I spoke was very friendly. It is Sat the 4^th of July and my A/​C units stopped working. I called and was told that all the techs were very busy and it might be diffecult to get someone out. After a few minutes she called back and informed me that indeed all the tech were on other calls, however the owner of the company would be in my area and would stop by to see if he could get it running. Within 30 min Gerald was here. He clearly was dress as if he was enjoying a nice holiday weekend out with his wife, however he had no problem getting down on his hands and knees to check my system. He was incredibly nice about it and never made me feel like it was an inconvenience. I will use this company and will recommend them to everyone. They are awrsome.
