Best customer service in Katy. After searching for weeks we decided to lease here. Cori helped us and she made our moving experience easy. We like the gym, pool area and game room. The outside is well kept and we love our apartment. We recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place to live with great service!

We completed one year at Waterstone back in May of this year. We would have stayed longer but had to move for family. It was quiet, safe, clean and cozy and very pet friendly! Considering how close we were to Mason and Westpark tollway, the noise was not a problem. We were close to the pool and gym and right outside the apartment were trials for walking, as well as a gas station and other conveniences. I truly enjoyed living here. The leasing agents were all wonderful to deal with (George, Gabby just to name a few) and were efficient from day one. Maintenance always promptly answered whenever we had a issue or question. My family and I had a great experience. If I had the chance I would come back. I have to say Waterstone truly made us feel at home. I recommend living here whether you are one person or a family unit.
