Just had the strawberry fields salad. Compared to an awesome same salad we had in Tennessee last week, this one gets barely 2 stars. The lettuce/​greens were fresh enough but not cold at all, not enough strawberries, chicken was done but not warm (scary). Overall; o.k. but yuk.

Wendy’s is always my go to place when I need a quick bite for an inexpensive price. With good reason! There was a humongous line outside and inside, but the crewmembers always hustled to get orders taking asap and get the orders out expeditiously as well. Tables, utensil, and fountain areas were kept tidy and clean as well. Additionally, the food was hot and the salads were full of fresh veggies. Once more, the inside is quite spacious and gives one the opportunity to spend time digesting their food versus rushing off because its either too loud, crowded, and or dirty. You get your money’s worth with speedy and courteous service. Can’t get any better than that!

The staff were not very friendly. It was as though they were trying not to make contact and avoiding the customers. I have had better food at other locations. The fries tasted as though they have been sitting there for a while. My burger was under cooked as well. Five minutes after I was seated I looked up and had seen several ceiling tiles missing and mold! Yes I said mold! That is a health violation! I will not dine here again!

Staff is kinda weird and they reacted stupid when I pointed out the to go back with my food in it had a dead cockroach in it. They just removed the food from the bag and gave me the food in a new bag and no apologies were given. Most places would apologize a million times and would remake you order. Not here though.

I’ve been going to this Wendy’s since 1997 and for good reason. The management really is better than 99% of all other fastfood in Katy.
All the food is ALWAYS hot and fresh, fries do not sit around and the burgers havent been sitting so long the lettuce becomes steamed. All the burgers and fries really do seem made to order and in the world of fast food that is becoming more and more extinct.
I really cant think of any bad food I’ve every had here over all the years.
The only down side to this place is when they recently did the remodel they left the bathrooms unchanged when IMO they REALLY needed to be updated.
