The Blue Moon burger was fresh, juicy and delicious. The salad was fresh with tomatoes and homemade ranch dressing. Order at the register then they serve you piping hot food from the kitchen. Decorated with license plates. Could use fresh coat of paint. The food made up for the decorating. We would eat there again when we are in town.

I drive 20miles a couple times a week for these amazing burgers. Huge burgers, massive selection. (I get the Hawaiian every time). love the fries. large cut, cooked and seasoned perfectly. chili cheese fries are a meal themselves.

Stopped by on our way back to Dallas from Athens. One of the best cheeseburgers I’ve ever had! Fries were great too! It’s a little hole in the wall kind of place but clean and the guys working there were very friendly and polite! Will defiantly stop there again some day.

I have driven by this place numerous times without a second glance, but today I was looking for lunch and pulled up Unilocal to find it was one of the highest rated restaurants in Kaufman.
The other reviews where spot on! Parking lot and building are small, but it’s clean inside. Staff where very nice and patient. I ordered the Philly cheese steak which had amazing flavor and came with natural cut fries.
I will have to come back next time I pass through to try their burgers. I’m already looking forward to it.

Love this place. Ernesto and staff make every customer feel welcome. Burgers are the highlight. Big half pound burgers, fresh and juicy. Try the blue cheese or the mushroom burger. Also good is the Philly cheese steak. Been many many times and never had a over or under cooked burger. Give it a try.

Great bun. BIG perfectly cooked burger. Extensive burger menu and chicken sandwiches, philly cheesesteaks, hoagies and salads. Good bacon. Delicious onion rings. Most Combos are $ 8.25 — $ 9.00 which is amazing for the quality of this burger. If I could change anything, I would slice the tomatoes thicker, since these turn to mush under the weight of the meat and use more grilled onion. I’d also offer or use a solid piece of lettuce or use more shredded as there’s not enough lettuce to really taste it.
There is nothing interesting about the interior of the restaurant. The burger is the trip to «Paradise.» The converted house is rough, fairly clean, small with small tables and simple. The restrooms were clean. The staff were very friendly, counter ordering was flexible and table service of your order was prompt. Drinks are self serve. They are proud of their product here and it’s a good one.

Good tasty burger! I got the bacon and egg cheeseburger. The only thing that would have made it better was if the egg yolk would have been runny. The fried mushrooms were also very good.

Fantastic. Stopped by here on the way through to Athens. Found the place off of Unilocal,and the reviews and stars were spot on. I had the turkey burger with fries. Very juicy, very large. Fries were crispy and seasoned. Place was packed. The gentleman working the counter was super friendly and nice, asked where I was from and made good small talk.
It’s barely off of the highway. Maybe 3 minutes up from 175. Eat here. You will enjoy it.

Burger was very fresh I had the bacon cheese burger it was very filling. The service was quick and the staff was friendly and it was a very quick stop took about 30 to 35 minutes to eat including to sit down. I highly recommend it if you’re near the Kaufman area to eat here. It’s very close to a five guys or in and out burger.

The Mushroom Burger was wonderful! It is a handmade patty, grilled mushrooms, Provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato and onion. The portions are huge, it was more than I could eat. Don had the Club Sandwich, it was huge. He said it was the best club sandwich he had ever had. If I’m ever in Kaufman again, I will definitely stop at Paradise Burger.

Normally I don’t like to go to new places but I was told about this place and had heard nothing but good stuff. So I figured I would try it out and I was very happy I did.
I went here with my wife and pulled up at 11am, they had just opened. I ordered a double cheeseburger with bacon and my wife ordered a single bacon cheeseburger and asked to add guacamole. Both of us were very satisfied with our burgers but unable to eat any of the fries due to the size of our burgers. I like the plain fries but my wife did not. She said they were too plain.
We both loved the place and will go there for burgers from now on!

When you find yourself wanting a great burger in small town Texas as I did last week, trust your fellow Unilocalers to lead you to your bounty. At least that was the case for me in Kaufman, Texas last Thursday.
My lunch appetite was screaming «burger». I was pleasantly surprised when Unilocal led me to Paradise Burger, just over a mile from where I originated my search. The menu offers several creative burger options. I opted for the first — The half-​moon burger (I think I got the name right) with sautéed onions, muchrooms, mayo, jalapenos, and traditional fixin’s. The burger was juicy and flavorful, the bun was fresh, and the fries were fried to a perfect crisp.
If you find yourself in Kaufman with a hankerin’ for a great burger, check out Paradise. You won’t regret it.

AWESOME BURGERS! Fresh-​baked buns. Hand-​smashed beef patties. Hand-​cut skin-​on fries with a house seasoning sprinkled liberally over them. Melty cheese of many varieties. A wide variety of burgers and toppings, Including a smoky, spicy chipotle burger that lived up to this Chile-head’s highest expectations.
Kaufman’s Paradise Burger looks like a hole in the wall but delivers an awesome and authentic — dare I say gourmet — burger experience just a few blocks off the square in this quaint East Texas town.
– WELL WORTH A TRIP FROM DALLAS –

Great Hole in the wall burger spot. I was pleasantly surprised when my food came and the taste was amazing. Best spot in Kaufman! Employees are very nice and helpful. Instead of throwing money at McDonald’s, you should stop by here and eat a real burger.

The burgers are big, juicy and made almost any way you want them. Lots of topping options and enormous double patty options. The seasoned fries were tasty, but a little soft. I’d ask them to make them crispier next time. The staff was very friendly, as were some of the locals. One patron gave my husband a dirty look because he was wearing sandals, but what the heck, this is rural Texas after all. I wouldn’t consider the restaurant a destination, but a very good place to fill your stomach if you’re hungry while your in or passing through Kaufman.
