I took my first guitar lesson July 1960. Yes, I’m an accomplished musician. I own and play a Raymond Rapozo tenor ukulele. Bought it at Scotty’s music, Kalaheo Kauai.
The instrument is well made. Fit & finish is superior to some of the other Hawaiian hand made ukuleles which cost more $$$. Note intonation up the neck is spot on. The Rapozo uke sound is melodious, notes have a well rounded bell like tone. No «plinky plinky» thin sound here.
If you can handle about $ 800 for a basic model, I highly recommend Rapozo ukuleles.
