I would give it a 0 if I could. First of all, the first thing I noticed was that it was super run-down and out-dated. The two ladies that were working were extremely unprofessional, moaning and groaning about how long it was taking and how hungry they were(even though they were in the hall, my husband said he could hear every word from the very front of the ceremony room), rolling their eyes, slouched in chairs enjoying Dunkin Donuts. The sad thing is, the family’s day of grieving was disrespected and they can’t get that day back. Worst business I’ve ever been to. And by far the worst, most uncaring individuals I have ever come across. And they are in the business of hosting the last goodbye of a loved one with grieving families. Terrible..
