I hit Nebraska in serious need of a haircut and really picked this place because they opened at eight am. Glad I did. Excellent service, personable staff. Got a great haircut and shave and recommendations on places to go while I was in town. I would actually delay to get a haircut if I knew I was going to be in Kearney in the next couple of weeks.

Great haircut at a reasonable price. There were three people cutting hair so there was no wait although the place is comfortable enough that a wait would have been fine. The staff was very friendly & did a great job. If I’m in the area again and in need of a trim, I know where to go!

I was in Kearney on a research trip and badly needed a haircut. After looking at a few reviews, I decided to try Downtown Barbershop. While it was a little pricey for my taste, Josh did an excellent job and cut my hair exactly how I wanted. He was also very friendly and recommended a few restaurants for me to try. I would gladly go here again.
