Got the shellac pedicure, opted for the deluxe spa package which included the hot wax wrap and leg massage. This was hands down the worst experience I’ve had in a nail salon and I’ve been getting regular pedicures for some time, through the course of the pedicure the man cut my cuticle so deeply with a scissors I flinched, the hot wax and hot towels were painfully hot and when it was over the man rubbed a tissue over my big toe and made the polish bubble up, pretended to ignore it and went to ring up my bill. I decided not to say anything thinking maybe it would flatten out and look okay, I really hate complaining to service people having worked many similar jobs. I paid the $ 45 and left a good tip. 3 hours later BOTH big toes had no polish left on them. Let me say I have had so many shellac pedicures that have lasted 2+ months, never once even chipping from other salons. I decided to call back and ask for a refund which I did the next day, living out of town I said I could not go back for a do over and really didn’t want that anyway considering how poorly the work they did turned out. The man said he would have his «boss» call me later that day… two days later I called back and he said his «boss» would call in 20 minutes, I called back two hours later and he said he could not give me the number for his «boss» so I could call him directly. The man was angry and talked over me. I would absolutely not recommend this business, there are many cleaner, friendlier and reliably better nail salons in this town, support them!
