McDonald’s

They get one star for food consistency — that’s McDonald’s goal anyway, is to make sure you get the same taste no matter where you travel and they seem to do that well. However, I wish they would emphasize their service and cleanliness standards across the board. Wake up McDonalds! They also need to realize that when they build or renovate their stores with the attractive modern look, that it doesn’t give the customer any better of an experience when the inside is dirty and the customer service is very poor.
Got kids meals and food was fine. Went back for four small cones and they were lopsided and poorly made. As we walked away from the counter I could hear the shift supervisor scolding the working who handed them out that they should’ve never gone out that way. She was right and offered to redo one after my daughter took one look at her lopsided cone and began to cry. Kudos to this supervisor as I could tell she was doing the best should could. Just more training and they would do fine.
It didn’t help any that when I went back to get one extra cone, the worker who made it started make the cone and could tell it was going to go lopsided again and pushed it back on with his bare finger. No thanks, buddy.

Me and my beautiful wife came across this place while traveling to Lexington for a fishing trip. I’ve heard a lot of hubbub, so decided to give it a try.
I ordered the Big Mac meal and my gorgeous wife went with a McChicken, McDouble, Chipotle BBQ snack wrap, and a medium fry.
I took one bite and was instantly brought back to my days of youth, when I still had wonder and hope for the world. The Big Mac is something of a spectacle. The meat was plentiful, the lettuce was crisp, and the smile on my face was pure. They cook their burgers with seemly such great care and passion.
Upon finishing our meal, my alluring wife simply COULD not get over the greatness that was the McDouble. «You HAVE to try this, Bill!» she said. So we ordered FOUR more to eat while we fished.
I want to personally thank every member of the McDonald’s staff for not only giving me one of the best meals that I have ever had, but also for giving me the best fishing trip I’ve ever had. Nothing beats sitting back, catching some WALLEYE, and enjoying these delectable burgers wit my Dazzling wife.
