Average breakfast, average coffee, but cool woman serving and authentic unpretenteous interior and locals were enjoying it. Plus, good wifi. So overall a good experience.

It’s nothing extraordinary. But the food is good, wait staff is friendly and quick. Only thing that keeps it from 5 stars is the lack of choices.

Our first time in today, for a late breakfast test. Really good food items all. We each had a dif item and both were excellent. We will surely return. Wife has used them as catering for her business, and was very pleased. Thanks folks. Well done here.

I am not one to hit the chain restaurants so I look for the special local joints. The breakfast cart is a nice little place. Very much home cooking. Food was pretty good but no wow factor. Very cozy place with friendly older ladies taking care of you.

Stopped here for a late brunch wile passing through Kearney. The staff were very friendly, and the atmosphere was welcoming. We ordered eggs. Most things on the menu involve eggs. The egg plates came with toast and a cheesy potato casserole. The toast was good. My husband enjoyed his eggs, although my scrambled eggs were not cooked well. We liked the idea of the cheesy potatoes, but they were surprisingly bland. The toast was good. We’d eat here again.

I love this little place. We had several people recommend it on our latest visit to Kearney, and after trying it once we had to return the next morning as well. The Breakfast Cart features an egg-heavy menu of classic breakfast choices done well. There are some rotating specials, and it looks like they offer some lunchtime sandwiches as well. We liked everything we tried, but I’ll give a special shout-out to the excellent thick bacon, and the Huevos Rancheros were the best I’ve had. Service was friendly and relaxed.
