Always have really good service here, both locations. Today in for complications and got everything attended to my satisfaction. Carter Quinn at the south location is my fav guy in the system here. The south location often less crowed and short wait time, if any. Today, Carter handles my issues to the max. All good here. Thanks folks. Well done.

I was there last night trying to trade in my old phone for the promotion (trade and get $ 300). I had already gotten my new phone in the mail, so they explained that I should be receiving a text within so many days with a promo code, and to come back when i have received that code. Even with all that they still worked with me so I could purchase s car charger and a screen protector and not be charged. I believe his name was Landon, thank you for taking time to explain the situation to us and helping! Very nice and extremely polite. Only Verizon I will visit!
