So glad this Arctic Circle is under new management. The staff is very friendly, the food is fresh and hot, and the dining area is now clean. No more paying extra for fry sauce or kiddie cones. I can actually enjoy going there now.

Oh Arctic Circle. You never cease to make me feel worse about myself post food consumption. It’s like they don’t change the oil in their fryer. All the food reminds me of is store brand frozen food that I get from the super market and make at home when I’m in middle school because my mom is pulling a double at the strip club. I don’t know why this place still exists or who is eating there. I’m imagining it’s grossly overweight female office employees and kids who aren’t old enough to drive to a better location.

This place is awful. They forgot my meat! I am being 100% serious when I say that after I left the drive through and went home that there was no meat on my bun. All the cheese, ketchup, mustard, pickles and mayo were there but NOMEAT! How do you forget the meat? This is absolutely mind boggling. I will never understand it. I will say the manager called and was very apologetic after I complained but that doesn’t change the fact that my hamburger had no meat on it. She did say they are under new management and I would be willing to see if they are improving. For their sake I hope so. Once again people NOMEAT!

You have to pay extra for fry sauce! Honestly WTH!!! Seriously I have to pay extra for fry sauce. The restaurant isn’t anything special and it seems to be dirty more often then clean. I do like the food though. Pretty good but the only thing I wish they would change besides the fry sauce regulations is make your beef patties as big as your buns.

Arctic Circle usually is a fine place to stop for food, but this location is not. The service is always slow, our food is cold, and orders are always messed up. When you tell them they messed up, they roll their eyes at you and fix it begrudgingly. I still enjoy Arctic Circle, but I will never return to this location. Multiple horrible experiences.

The management at this arctic circle is overly frugal, so I often find myself wanting on portions. The restaurant is very clean however, as is typical of this chain, dining in is very uncomfortable(this location more than others). Food quality is good, but leaves much to be desired. In general, I think this restaurant exemplifies arctic circle’s desperate need to improve the dining experience.

I was craving Artic Circle(as I am from Cali) and so my SLC friend and I went here for a late breakfast one day. We got the buy one get one free ranch burgers, which were just okay… didnt actually taste any ranch sauce and the patties were tiny. We also split a large fries which had tons of fries, more than enough for the two of us and was super hot and slightly crispy, just the way I like them. And she got a soda with grape sauces(forgot what she called it) and I got a medium PB cup milk share, which was the best part. And I love their fry sauce! Hoping that will catch on in California! Cant wait to go back!
