1. This guy is a FRAUD!
2. He targets women,
3. And he is not very smart.
The entire business model is that this guy will put a boot on your vehicle for parking in a legitimate business that you do business with, and he knows this. I went into a local business for 15 minutes and I came out and found a boot on my car — no notice why and completely illegal. We got in an altercation and he called the cops — «Great» I said.
Anyway the cops came and told him he was operating illegally and was totally out of code. They told him what the law was but I doubt that he will follow it.
Beware, especially the girls. He will target your car. Just call the cops and they will take care of him.
PS — He is short guy.
