They have moved my stuff from NJ to CA. 2 bed 2 bath house around $ 3000 -$ 3500. They said it would take 7 business days to 20 day to move my stuffs. It arrived 10 busness day. I have poken to driver who told me that truck broken down.(It is ok things happens :)) I live in 3rd floor, They charge me 2(flyer)x $ 75(It is ok, it was on the contract). Be aware that for coast to coast moving, they are sending Biiig truck. tractor trailer, 53 foot… Nothing missing. they are pretty responsive to e-mails and phone(This is really important)

The whole moving process was pretty painless. They estimated 7 hours of work and it was exactly 7 hours of work. Keep in mind that I had 95% of my boxes already moved over and I really only needed them to move the big stuff(couches, tables, dressers, bed frames/headboard, etc.) I moved from a large 1 bedroom + den to a 2 bed 2 full bath apartment 1 mile up the road. The team was professional and really polite but I feel like they could have hustled a little bit more(maybe save me an hour or two worth of money but not the end of the world). They broke one of my lamps but sent me a check for $ 50(they they did this because we we knew one of the managers at the company). The real shining moment came at the end of the day when we all realized that the couch wouldn’t fit in the elevator. They didn’t even hesitate… they hauled an over sized sofa up 5 flights of stairs! I’d use them again and even refer them as long as everyone knew how my move played out.

After winning our business with a very low estimate, everything went downhill from there. Our total cost was over a thousand dollars over our estimate. First they arrived late, then they could not handle our simple instructions to the extent that items(three chairs to our dining room table…) were left and additional items, including trash, we’re packed. We did not know exactly what was packed because the workers repacked literally everything(sans labels) whether it was necessary or not(at a cost of over $ 600 to us). Upon receiving said packed items I opened a box and inside was another box, on it’s SIDE that was marked«fragile» «up only» «delicate» and«this side up» with arrows(«thanks!» — my ceramic artist gf), which was just absurd. Numerous items were damaged or broken, including a pane of glass for our TV stand and a chess board(from my girlfriend’s great grandfather’s ivory set – she cried). We had initially been told that the truck would be arriving on May 6 but while we were making the trip we were informed that the truck would be arriving May 4 and then while we were stuck in a snow storm in Denver, we were told that the truck would be arriving May 1 and if that was unacceptable, our things could be put into storage at an additional cost to us. Ricardo fortunately saw the error with this and paid the storage cost, however he did say his truck couldn’t fit around the apartment when we had called prior to confirm there was room for a truck(there is room for trucks) and attempted to charge us for a shuttling fee. Our whole experience was mostly awful, but the management was generally nice. Our stuff mostly made it, and the Oregon dispatch team(Manny, Ian, and another whose name we didn’t catch who actually moved us into the apt here) was great.

I have to say that I was a little apprehensive about using a moving company again because of the negative experience I had 15 years ago with a company out of New York. By far this was a pleasant experience and Priscilla(Sales Associate) put my mind at ease from the very beginning. She gave me a great quote and had a moving timeframe for me at the end of the month(which is unheard of) for an early start time at 8:00 a.m. The moving team was three gentlemen who were extremely experienced and professional. If you want the job done with right by having the furniture covered and taped(to avoid damage) along with accurate and speedy service then you must ask for Tyson(foreman), Cooper and Felipe. These three guys were able to get my furniture out of one apartment and into another within the allotted time. They even took doors off to get the furniture out and in and put all the doors properly back in place. These three men have years of experience with moving and furniture placement and I would recommend them to anyone who was moving within New Jersey or the Tri-State Area. I just want to say thank you to Priscilla, Tyson, Cooper & Felipe you all went above and beyond to make my move a smooth transition.

Thank you so much for all the help and guidance with my move. Sandra was very prompt to answer all my questions and even instructions in how to pack some of my items. The crew arrived on time, the driver was very courteous and again they were very informative thru the whole processes. I’m happy to give them five stars from pick up to delivery, I arrived in FL two days after they loaded my items on the 27th and on March 5th my belongs arrived. Moving out of state it’s was not easy and choose a moving company took me a long time specially with dozens of moving companies calling me, I’m glad I picked this guys. Congratulations for the well performed service and thanks agains for helping me out!!!

Less than Zero!!! I have no words to express how mad I’m with this company, I confirmed my delivery date with a month on anticipation(Jan 27th, 2016) and today Fen 222016 they are telling me that the truck wasn’t schedule!!! This is not for free, I’m a person that travels and this company doesn’t offer a time frame at all!!! Really NEVERUSEIT, there’s no customer service, they don’t reply calls. Is better to pay more but have Quality and punctuality.
