I have used these guys for a few of my commercial properties and my home they are great. Their techs really helped me out and went above and beyond on multiple occasions. When you need them they are there fast.

I had Effective Alarms install a system for me and YES they were good. BUT be aware of their salesman, Michael. He can swing from a nice guy to a real tough guy. A real A hole. Plus he knows nothing about installing an alarm or what you need.
I guess they hired him to sell. Just be aware !
I also had an unexpected move from one location to another. They’re threatening me
to pay the remainder of monitoring, etc even thou I’m NOT there!

The installers were here for a couple of days putting in a pretty elaborate system and did a great job. Chris was great although he kept coughing but knew his stuff. John is a skinny Ecuadorian who kept asking Chris if he understood. Very pleased.
