I hate this Kmart. There’s a heavy set manager who works there and she is so rude. She tried getting rude with me in front of customers and I became rude right back. She’s completely ghetto!

By far the worst kmart I’ve been to. Ordered something online, all I had ordered was a blanket. Took 40 minutes to get my order. It’s so unorganized. There are so many employees but nobody doing anything. While I was waiting there was 3 employees having a conversation and when I asked her how long it was going to take she says«oh I’m sorry I forgot» and then asked one of the three to get me my order from the back and she responded with«I just got back from there I’m not going back» Nobody wants to work. So aggravated. Worst experience.

worst service ever, the employees are super rude and do not know how to treat paying customers, I will never recommend this Kmart to anyone. It’s the worst ever and I will never be shopping here again

I ordered something online for pick-up. It was a sugar plum fairy wet n wild lipstick. 30 minutes later it’s ready. Keep in mind I live in Garwood 30 minutes away from Kearny. It says your sugar plum fairy lipstick order is ready. I drive there. I open up my «ready package» and it’s a completely different shade. Mauve it over lipstick. On the note it says«customer can exchange or refund if not wanted.» Really? You couldn’t have said that in the email. I never said substitute if not in stock. And they said in the email in stock and ready. Why did you choose that color? It wasn’t even remotely close in color to what I ordered. Ridiculous. Waste of time, gas, tolls. Next time don’t be ridiculous and choose for me. Just tell me you don’t have it and we can cancel it via telephone since you don’t need my card or me present to do so.

Arrrrrrgh! There is some lady filling out some sort of paperwork in the line. I don’t know what it is for but that is something that should be done at customer service instead of holding the line up. Kmart better step its game up.

This place exemplifies everything that’s wrong with today’s retail operation. They had 4 employees standing at a single register and not one of them ask to help me while I was standing there for 20 minutes. When I asked to be help they all looked at me like I had 4 heads. When they did get around to helping me they couldn’t even find what I needed. Their hiring practice seems to be along the lines of finding the absolutely most incompetent people and offer then pennies as their wages. I will never buy from this Kmart or any other ever again. I can order whatever I need from Amazon. On a side note all 4 of those employees were complaining about being bored and can’t wait to get out of work.

A bit sad looking… The new Walmart is clearly having an impact on this place. There were hardly any people in the place. They had what I wanted/needed and service was pleasant.
