Great hot chocolate and pastries. Service is a bit slow but it has the time of ambiance that encourages you to sit a while and sip your hot chocolate slow. I’d go back again

Went here to pick up lunch. Had to give my order to cashier 3 times(she kept saying the wrong sandwich). Sandwich was good, but it took FOREVER. The place wasn’t even busy. I’d hate to see how long they take during a busy time.

Drove here for a nice weekend lunch time latte with a sandwich and made my order immediately for a Cuban sandwich and hot regular latte. The staff was pleasant overall. The unfortunate and ruining aspect of this entire experience was the inexperience. Waited for about 20 minutes as they started to get busy and had to ask how long the order will still take. The person actually never rang the order up and printed out the receipt and ran to the back to give it to the cook. Then comes out and tried to nonchalantly say«can we please just wait five minutes?» Being as patient as I am it was no problem, mistakes happen. The only thin was that it didn’t take 5 minutes, but another 10 – 15 minutes. I was tempted to eat it there to see how the quality of the food was but of course took it to go as I planned. Getting home I opened my sandwich and it looked fine but as i bit into it, the slice of pork in this sandwich was about half an inch thick like a pork chop, and so dry it hurt to swallow the first bite. Cuban sandwiches use nice slices of pork whether it’s high or low quality. What made everything much worse was trying to drink the latte. It was not even a latte it tasted like burnt, dirty water, old coffee machine coffee with over heated milk, and was not foamy, liquid like water from a sink. Not coming back after such poor experience in service but an even more terrible experience in quality of food & drink. First impressions matter and this one was not a good one.

Great spot in town with quick service and great food. I normally get a small galao(latte) with two sugars — drinking temp and the coffee always comes out perfect. To eat I’ve gotten some of their Portuguese pastries and paninis. My favorite, especially if you’re on the run is the tosta mista(Portuguese version of the grilled cheese) and i ask for it served on a pao de forma(sliced bread). Great hang out spot with free wifi and the sitting area is large enough with many many tables and seats. I will continue to frequent this establishment for as long as they get my «galao» right.

Good place to have a cup of coffee and sweet are good. I didn’t like cake today very dry and way to much sweet egg was added. The parking xan be an issue at times. The bakery is very clean which is always s plus for me.

Nice, cozy spot especially for breakfast. GET A PORTUGUESECROISSANT! Sweet and flaky mmm. And paired with a cappuccino(they put whipped cream on top YUM) it’s perfect. My only complaint is that the service is VERY slow. Takes a good ten minutes to get three cappuccinos to stay. When it’s busy that’s one thing but I’m talking about when there’s one other person in the shop. Maybe I’m just used to Starbucks super fast service. But all in all a good place.
