Denis came out within an hour of my calling on a Friday evening and quickly located my Mom’s air conditioning problem, explained the issue and resolved it.

Tonight, David came out on an emergency call for my uncle, a 90 year old man with no air conditioning. It was 90 degrees and humid today, and my uncle had just been released from a hospital. Needless to say, it was unbearable in the house and he was suffering. David was an angel. He drove to Waterford from Holly on this Saturday night to perform the repair. At first he didn’t know if he could repair it (the line was frozen solid), but he worked tirelessly until he got it. David was incredible! Excellent service, pleasant, and very kind! Thank you, David… And you have this family’s gratitude and unconditional recommendation.
