I cannot say enough great things about Pam Thayer at AAA in Keene. She has helped our family over the years with Disney tickets and other vacation plans and always done an outstanding job. But I recently needed her to help me get airline tickets (and I had a number of requirements). She took a great deal of time with me and patiently explained all of my options. It’s rare to find someone who is both excellent at her job AND extremely warm and friendly. I will always use Pam for any travel plans.
