We live in Arizona and our daughter goes to college in keene. Called and talked to the manager who was very helpful. Ordered a valentine arrangement but had her change it to a birthday one. Was delivered to my daughter work as promised and she was thrilled with it. Very good customer service. Highly recommend.

Went to Keene Edible Arrangements for two gifts of chocolate covered fruit. Rave reviews from both of the recipients especially the chocolate covered pineapple and the dark chocolate covered strawberries. Strawberries were large and fresh.

Wow, not a good first experience here! First of all, very high priced and with that I would expect high quality and the best customer service. Our order was incorrect and missing a balloon that was supposed to come with it. The mix of strawberries was not what was advertised as well. I will not go here again. The staff tried to tell us that the order was correct even after showing them the description of what we bought and were charged for.
