I used this guy for a long time. He charged me $ 8000 for a video editing computer worth about $ 2500. I had him set up the computer system at an office I was buying. He charged be $ 30,000 for a system with only 2 computers.
He never gives any kind of estimates, just presents you with a huge, huge bill and then says, «I only charged you cost for the parts plus my time».
This is just my opinion but I would find someone else to work on your computers.
