My husband and I are first-​time homebuyers and we were recommended to go with Threshold Home Inspection. We found Threshold Home Inspection — Mr. Earl Horn to be highly professional, knowledgeable, and very personal. He provided us with valuable insights into the property we ended up purchasing. He provided us with a wealth of information; he was able to test our well water, air and water radon, and look for wood destroying-​organisms as well as perform a thorough home inspection in a timely fashion. He gladly answered our long list of questions. He provided us a written report within 24 to 48 hours as well as kept us posted when other results came back. We found his report well organized and easy to understand with excellent pictures. He has years of experience, and it was obvious to us that he loved his job & enjoyed sharing his knowledge. We were very satisfied and highly recommend Threshold Home Inspection.
