Time Warner had internet at our new place up and running within a couple hours of walking into their office, and all three people that assisted us were excellent.
We recently moved to the area and reached the final straw with Fairpoint after they shut our service off 3 days early at the house we were moving out of, and then told us we would have to wait 26 days for them to connect our internet at our new home.
Laura at the Time Warner office in Keene helped us out, was so nice, and got us all set up in a timely fashion. It was a painless, easy process, the way it should be.
After 5 years of Fairpoint’s poor, inconsistent internet, and horrendous customer service, our interaction with Time Warner was very refreshing.
I would highly recommend Time Warner based on the quality of the internet and customer service.
