I’m using my boyfriend’s account again to post. I recently moved to Keizer from the SF Bay Area and was seeking a reputable cleaner near my home. I intially tried another cleaner on River Road a little closer to my home. The man behind the counter began to document my clothing articles on the receipt, when the phone rang. He took the call and began to talk. I’m not bilingual, so I while I couldn’t understand what was being said, it clearly was a personal(vs. business) conversation. I always prefer to pay when I drop my clothes off for various reasons, and I attempted to do this by showing him my debit card, but he waved me away pointing to the phone and whispering, «I’m on the phone.» Instead of doing what I *should* have done at that point – which is grab my clothing and walk out – I left him with my clothes because I was too tired to bother, but I had already made the decision never to bring my business back to this shop. Keizer Kleaners, on the other hand… completely different scenario. Friendly service, great work(as far as I can tell), and great prices. I never give any business 5 stars because there is *always* room for improvement, so Keizer Kleaners gets my stamp of approval, and I highly recommend this business for cleaning and minor alterations/repairs!

This was the only dry cleaners I found near Salem that I actually liked. The staff is friendly, service is quick, and I love their handy claim checks(I tried a few places in Salem where the claim-system was way less formal and gave me little to no confidence that I would see ALL my garments again). Well done to this local establishment! They deserve your business and support — service is great and my clothes looked good.
