We chose the apartment because it had character. The grounds are kept very well. The problem is management. They’ve waited over 1.5 years to do repairs and there are consistent times water has been turned off. On top of all of these things, when we signed the 6 month lease, we were told if we re-​signed our rent would not go up. IT HAS GONE UP EVERY 6 MONTHS! In a year it’s gone from $ 750 to $ 900 for a 2 bedroom!
